You will have a panoramic views of the ocean and the beach, with the ability to step right out onto the access path. The condo overlooks one of the Sea Colony's nine outdoor pools. Sea Colony is a family-first facility, with 24-7 security and private lifeguards in-season. The condo comes with a covered reserved parking spot, plus a second unreserved space.
The condo has three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is 14' x 12' with a queen sized bed and a master bath with tub. The second bedroom is 13' x 11' with another queen bed. The third bedroom (which is 12' x 13') has bunk beds and one twin bed. The second upgraded bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms as well as guests. The L-shaped living room/dining room area has a 15' x 15' living room space with a large sectional sofa, 55 inch flat screen TV with cable, including an HDMI connection for anything electronic you bring along. The dining room (10' x 8') has ample table that seats six comfortably. The kitchen is updated with appliances, quartz counters, and an open layout to maximize the whitewater views. Porcelain tile flooring is installed in all rooms except the bedrooms which are newly carpeted.
Renter is responsible for brining their own linens or renting through Sea Colony prior to stay.
Property damage protection is required (less than $100), and will be sent via owner upon executed rental agreement.
