This recently remodeled craftsman in the heart of the University district is walking distance to downtown, university activities, and south-side brewery favorites such as The Kettle House.

If you are in town visiting students, enjoy being one block away from the University.

If you are in town to enjoy fishing or the great out doors, enjoy a centrally located home base that is a short drive to all the best Montana has to offer.

The house features three total bedrooms with two bedrooms downstairs with Queen beds. The master bedroom has a private bath with walk-in shower and features a double sink.

The additional guest bathroom centrally located features a walk-in shower and high-end porcelain & stainless steel sink.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed and an additional adjoining full private bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with a high-end italian gas stove and oven.

A breakfast bar seats two on high stools with great views of the living room and dining room.

Beyond the kitchen is an open floor plan dining area with picture windows and a mahogany dining table that seats eight when the optional table leafs are installed.

Adjacent to the dining area is a pantry and laundry nook that has high-capacity stackable new washer/dryer.

Two french doors lead to a hardscaped back patio area with excellent views of Mt. Sentinel and features a patio table set and large gas grill for entertaining outside.

The house features free WiFi and access to an Apple TV to enjoy HBO, Netflix, ESPN, and a library of over 100 recent and classic movies and thousands of episodes of popular TV shows – all to be enjoyed on the new 55" LED HD TV mounted elegantly in the custom built-in.

Central heat and an additional gas fireplace in the living room keep the house very toasty. In the summer we put AC units in each bedroom and when we remodeled we re-insulated the roof so the house is very comfortable.

The house is very child friendly with a baby gate for the upstairs, Pack-&-Play crib in the closet, and high chair. There are also an assortment of children's books and toys at the house. The back yard is completely enclosed with a high fence so your little ones can enjoy the house without having to worry about them running down the street.

Great house in great location

We stayed 3 nights at the house and really enjoyed the place. The house has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable for our family of four. The location being in the heart of the U district was perfect and allowed us to walk to visit friends, get coffee, Bonner Park, etc. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Family Stay

The house was well equipped and clean. When a winter storm blew out a window on the front porch, the owner was very responsive and the handyman had it fixed within 24 hours. The location was great and café across the street was very convenient for morning coffee and breakfast runs. The owner was also very good about answering our questions.

Beautiful House to celebrate Christmas 2017

Our family stayed in this house for a Christmas Holiday in Missoula. Everyone loved the house and the location was ideal. The living room is spacious with a state of the art TV for watching NetFlix and Amazon Prime shows. The stove in the kitchen was a chefs delight from prepping side dishes for Christmas dinner to big pancake breakfasts. And the bathrooms! Three fabulous and huge bathrooms. Everyone had compliments for the updated bathrooms. One early morning treat was to watch a large family of deer wake up in morning in the yard next door . This lovely home helped to make it a memorable family holiday.

Nice clean house. Good location.

This house was perfect for our family to stay in while we all came to town for my mom's 80th bday. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. The kitchen was awesome for fixing our breakfast. Loved the gas stove! The Liquid Planet across the street makes a great biscuit and gravy breakfast!

Would be a 5 star review if you were able to enter the back door with a key. The owners are very nice and responsive. I would rent this house again and recommend it to others.

Great place and location

We were in Missoula for a family wedding. Several family members ranging from 2 years old to 85 years old stayed. It was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and so conveniently located to many places. The backyard is very cozy. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only drawback is that the parking is tight if you have more than two vehicles, which we didn’t.
