The location is perfect for guests of all ages and interests, close to all of the most beloved attractions in Seaside. The Promenade and the beach are right outside the complex, with a wealth of other activities available nearby, whether you want to go hiking along rugged cliffs or shop and dine in town.

This open, spacious condo has a retro feel with modern touches throughout. The living room is centered around the gas fireplace and the TV, so it's easy to curl up on the comfortable couches with a glass of wine after a day in the water. There's room for the whole group to congregate around the dining table, while the open kitchen features granite countertops, full amenities, and plenty of counter space. There are even spots at the breakfast bar!

Freshen up at the end of the day as your clothes spin in the private washer/dryer.

You'll adore the private balcony, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or watch the sunset and the waves roll in during the evening! This condo also has WiFi and a DVD player for your entertainment.

Seaside is teeming with activities all year round. The surrounding mountains provide fantastic opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and general sight-seeing. Rent surf equipment in town or simply relax in the sunshine for the day - this town has it all! There are also many bars, restaurants, and shops that you can peruse.

Ecola State Park is less than 10 miles south, offering trails and gorgeous views of the beaches and cliffs. Cannon Beach is another town worth exploring, especially with its views of the 'Goonies' rocks on the sea. You could drive up to Gearhart Ocean State Park or Fort Stevens State Park a few miles north. Astoria also has wonderful views of the Columbia River and the Washington coast, as well as even more 'Goonies' filming sites if you're planning a tour.

Sand & Sea is a non-smoking property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
