This complex is situated right on the Promenade, directly across from the ocean beach and about two blocks from Broadway Street's restaurants, shops, and family-friendly arcade. The small town of Seaside is quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what you'll want in a beach vacation.

This condo is airy and inviting. The main focal point in the living room is the huge sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you stretch out and watch the sun swell over the Coastal Range. At night, sit by the gas fireplace or watch shows on the TV with a VCR/DVD player.

Head to the dining area and savor simple meals at the four-seat dining table. The bright and clean kitchen offers a dishwasher, an electric range, and a microwave. Prepare a hearty dinner using the bountiful counter space or enjoy a glass of wine.

One bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom. There's also a sofa bed for more flexibility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
