Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are down the hall from the living quarters and allow for quiet mornings to sleep in at this one level beach home. Pull out couch available in living room to sleep 2 additional (11 total).

Enjoy meals and quiet time on the over-sized screened-in porch and deck on this 0.5 acre private wooded lot.

Walk, bike or drive to the Middlesex private, guarded beach. Ample beach-side parking available for Middlesex Beach renters and owners. Plenty of room to spread out on this private, uncrowded beach. Alcohol is permitted on the beach, however, glass containers are prohibited.

WiFi throughout.

Family friendly home with lots to entertain.

Easy walk to conveniences such as McDonald's, Dunkin' Donuts, Moe's Deli, Atlantic Shoals Surf Shop, McCabe's Gourmet, Bethany Boathouse and Sea Colony Marketplace.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Beautiful home, well equipped , space for everyone to enjoy each others company. Our first time in the Pines and we can’t wait to return.

Peace and quiet

We always enjoy staying at this home due to its quiet and peaceful neighborhood, comfortable and clean interior and ease of working with the owner. Private beach access is just a short walk away.

Amazing beach house

We absolutely loved this house! It has everything you need for a beach vacation and is so close to the beac. Parking passes are an added bonus if you want to lug a lot of stuff. The home is very well stocked with games, beach chairs, etc. We loved sitting on the screened porch in the evenings. We will be back!
