About this property

This is truly a beautiful, secluded summer cottage overlooking Lake Erie near Point Abino, Ontario. It was built in 1952. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a large living room, and a great screen porch area with sliding glass doors in the back overlooking the woods. At this time because of high Lake Erie levels the cottage has a smaller beach, about 20-30 feet. There is still excellent swimming. The house is a 20 minute drive from Buffalo, New York. The rate is $2450 per week plus cleaning fee and it is available any of the weeks from May 17 - September 30. Please e-mail if interested! Thanks. Highly sought after location with amazing views. Magical!

Our stay was beyond expectations! The house and the view were extraordinary. Walks on the private beach each evening with the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen were the best way to end our days after sightseeing around Niagara. I hope one day I can return. I’m so thankful David shares his piece of Heaven with others! He was so nice and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t have asked for a better few days to spend celebrating!

Great location; Great host

We were impressed with everything about the property. It was exactly what our family wanted, anticipated and expected. The views are incredible with an expansive vista of Lake Erie and a setting in the woods. The perfect balance of rustic and cozy with every creature comfort. Private with easy access both to a quiet beach and the beach town.

Absolutely amazing and gorgeous

The views was beyond amazing, exactly what we were looking for and needed. Would definitely book again! The sounds of the wind and waves on the beach was music to our ears. We were able to see a few deers as well around the property. Absolutely stunning! David is a very nice and helpful host!

Beautiful escape and a view that can't be beat!

This is a gem of a property tucked away in the quiet trees along Lake Erie with the lapping waves of the lake that sound like you're next to the ocean. A perfect and rejuvenating weekend away from life in a wonderful beach side house. Thank you David for opening your home to us.
