Beautiful house by the sea
Really nicely laid out house in tastefully decorated in muted palette. We really enjoyed it here!. It has with expansive terrace with really beautiful views of the sea and hills across the bay, all framed by mature garden of olives, palms, catcti, and pine trees with birds flitting about. There's a built in barbecue, marble dining table, shade over the terrace and soft loungers to chill out in. It's right by the sea with access to the rocks pools straight out of a couple of gates in the garden, and a lovely beach about 30 seconds away.
It felt spacious for our family of four, but might be more of a squeeze for 10, and might struggle if the weather meant you had to stay indoors.
The local beach is secluded, pebbly, but small pebbles so not much of a problem, and the bay makes it feel private. Some locals swam and fished here in the week and more families turned up in the weekend, but a really nice atmosphere. There are a couple of supermarkets in nearby Megara, but other than that not much going on. I think the next beach had a few restaurants. It's a quite place and looks a bit post industrial. We stayed mostly in the house and just truly relaxed.
