About Mrs Mitzi Griffith
We live just outside Cambridge. We grew up in St Albans, but, when we married we could not afford a house so drove up the A1 until we could and ended up in Eaton Socon, we have stayed in the area ever since. We have 2 daughters and 5 grand children all boys and all amazing. We have a peace of land on which we keep goats, sheep and chickens when Mr Fox allows.
Mrs Mitzi Griffith purchased this cottage in 2001
Why Mrs Mitzi Griffith chose Noyal-Pontivy
We wanted a holiday home in France had friends in the area who said they would look after a house if we found one. We found the fallen down remains of Ty Griffet, I could see the potential as soon as I saw the ruin, but the rest of the family were very dubious. Now we all love the house and spend as much time here are we can. The house is everything I wanted and more. We love the area, because it is easy to get, to with the dogs, the lack of traffic, the friendly people, what more can I say, perhaps I should mention the bread, wine, cakes, restuarants, quiet,
What makes this cottage unique
The unique benefits of the house are the peace and quiet in the large garden outside. Inside it's the open architecture of the house with its high ceiling and open plan living area makes it an easy place to relax in. The house is our home from home and is decorated to a very high standard, not to a holiday gite standard. Everything is included in the rental, bedding, towels, internet, pool heating, electric, so no extras, to pay for on top of the rental cost.
