About this property

Owner-operated 2014 Pulte 4/2.5 home with modern style on the inside and classic Santa Fe on the outside. House is fully furnished and has a tankless water heater that allows unlimited guests to shower in the master and guest bathrooms.

We are now fully powered by solar energy. We are still on the grid, but the current monthly production is greater than consumption.

Sleeping arrangements:

5 beds - 1 King + 2 queen + Full-Twin-Twin Trundle Bunkbed + Living Room sofa queen.

This house is right across the street from a park and is just a few blocks from the Bypass, so you can get from one end of town to the other quickly.

As of 2020 I have completed a complete painting refresh.

Home away from home

This place was comfy and welcoming as soon as you opened the front door. It made our stay feel like we were home. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Location is perfect for visiting Santa Fe and surrounding areas. We definitely would stay here again.

Great house and neighborhood

The house is set up great for comfortable stay out of town. Nice neighborhood and not far from many wonderful places to see in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and surrounding area. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access.
