About this property

A totally remodeled, 3rd floor condo, with no elevator access, has tile throughout this unit. This condo has an open living room and dining area. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your catch of the day. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with fabulous gulf views and the second bedroom a set of twin bunks and an additional twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. The second bedroom was recently remodeled to be a closed off bedroom. There a two full baths, one in each bedroom. Oh! Did we mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes.
Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.

Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:

Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

Vacay home with everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was beautifully updated and clean. Everything worked as it should and we had a wonderful view from the balcony or the master bedroom of the ocean. The condo had pretty much anything you could possibly need. Almost too much, it was my only complaint that it was so well stocked there was little to no room for our storage of groceries if they weren’t refrigerated.It was fine though we made it work and appreciate the attention to any and all needs being met so we didn’t have to run out for random cooking items as we grill out almost every night for dinner on our week stays. Overall very easy text only check-in and out process and felt very safe and private through the entire stay.

Beachhead Condos

The property has walkable beach access, a pool and playground for kids right outside of the building. It was clean and was close to stores, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend you rent a golf cart when in town to get around. The property was quiet and we loved sitting out on the balcony of our unit to take in the ocean views and listen to the waves.
