This cute casita has plenty sleeping room to bring the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom and a full bath. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of twin bunks and the second bedroom has two full size. There are 2 heated community pools in this subdivision! Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Casita Margarita VW3 provides 3 paved parking spaces all in the driveway for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 3 spaces.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 3. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
