MARAVILHOSO

Foi muito bom nossa estada em Guarapari, fomos muito bem recebidos. A administração é perfeita! Mantiveram contato conosco até a nossa chegada na cidade, que nos deu um certo conforto, mesmo com o horário avançado e fora do expediente. Na realidade me senti em casa! Obrigado por tudo e informo que retornamos felizes! Espero retornar em breve!

Apartamento muito bom

O AP é muito bom, novo e com os mobiliarios adequados para 5 pessoas, os utensílios de cozinha atendem mas estão precisando serem repostos e alguns substituuidos , a localização é m boa. O ponto o a desejar fica para a vista das janelas , pois por o Ap ser de fundos e estar no 2°andar as janelas são sempre para os vizinhos .

Bom apartamento, mas pouca assistência

O apartamento, apesar de faltar algumas coisas básicas, como armário de cozinha, mesa na cozinha, cabides e saboneteiras nos banheiros, etc., é bom, está novo, estava limpo e é bem localizado, em um bom prédio. Faltou, todavia, assistência dos proprietários e da imobiliária, que, avisados que o controle do portão não funcionava e da geladeira com defeito (só funcionava o congelador), não prestou assistência para reparos desses itens. No mais, foi um boa estadia.
