Adorable beachy decor! Light, bright and airy! Panoramic view of the gulf of Mexico abound from this 11th floor unit!

Located on beautiful Marco Island, Admiralty House condominiums boast of beautiful waterfront views and exquisite living. The pool and brings family and friends together, and makes memories to last a lifetime. The Social Room gives you time to relax and unwind to read a book or watch TV. Admiralty House also has 2 tennis courts, a car wash area, covered parking, and laundry rooms on each floor.

Located on the 11th floor on the north side of the building this unit has an updated kitchen, newer living room and dining room furniture, close to elevators and laundry room, wifi in unit.

The balcony spans the length of the condo with access from both bedrooms and the living room.

The building offers common laundry facilities on each floor. Two elevators. Social room, covered parking, tennis courts and a short walk to many restaurants including Doreen's for breakfast and lunch, Joey's Restaurant for Italian food and Sami's Pizza!

There is a building application and non refundable $150 fee

Wonderful stay on Marco Island beach

Very well located. Great sunset views. Easy walk to Tigertail beach. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Living room and 2 bedrooms face the beach. Elevated view. Extremely pleasant.
