About this property

Oceanfront, family- friendly condo is located on the first floor of a 3-floor condo complex for easy beach and pool access. It is located 2.4 miles south of the Garden City Pier. Southpointe Villas is the southern-most condo complex of Garden City before reaching the point. It is fully gated with private beach access and an ocean-front pool. Being in an area with mostly private homes means never fighting a crowd on the beach. It is within walking distance to the popular Gulfstream Café and Marlin Quay Marina, and only a very short drive or bike ride to the Garden City Pier.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite. The second bedroom features a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The sleeper sofa folds out to a double bed.
The unit includes Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
Outside grills are available for use on the landscaped grounds.
A coin-operated laundry room is also available for guests.
Check-out cleaning is included.

Great location! Comfortable condo!

Great location! Nice, wide quiet beach. Condo had everything we needed. Well decorated, comfortable seating. Enjoyed the chairs & table on the deck. TV was hard to operate. We followed directions to access Spectrum channels but were unable to. We used Roku to access our personal Soectrum account.

Perfect place for quiet weekend!

My mother and I enjoyed a safe and relaxing weekend at the beach condo. It was easy to find and we felt safe within the gated lot. We would definitely stay again!

This review is too much work.

We thought the property was in Pawley’s Island, so we were a little disappointed to find that it was actually in Murrells Inlet. We did however enjoy our stay until we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ian.
