Lovely and comfortable apartment at the canals in the center of Amsterdam for max. 2 persons.

This apartment is ideal for people who like to be in the city center and put every popular sight in Amsterdam at a walking distance.

Sights include the entertainment area (Leidseplein/Rembrandtplein), the museum district, the shopping area (Kalverstraat), the Vondelpark, Anne Frank House, Madame Tussauds, the "Bloemenmarkt” and many terraces, restaurants, coffeeshops and bars.

Public transportation stops right at your front door so you can get straight from the airport Schiphol or central train station to the apartment.

Definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Henrick is a friendly and accommodating host. The accomodation itself was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay, including Netflix for chilling out! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends.

Best location in Amsterdam!

This is a handsome apartment with modern amenities and a most luxurious, king-size bed. Both the street out front and the courtyard behind are quiet and good-looking. Better still, the location can't be beat: You are easy walking distance from most of Amsterdam's principal attractions, and tramming distance from the rest (the 2, 11, and 12 tramstops are two minutes away). Best of all, the engaging owner, Gijs, who welcomes you, answers all immediate questions--and any future ones, if needed--and makes you glad you came.

Clean and a great base for exploring Amsterdam

This apartment is located in a safe district next to the Jordaan area in Amsterdam. We were surprised all the major attractions (e.g. Rijksmusuem, Van Gogh, Anne Frank House) were within a good walking distance. A tram stop is just around the corner. The place was clean, comfortable, and the wifi was strong. We could tell that a smoker lived downstairs but the smoke did not linger in the apartment. Henrick was a good communicator and gracious. Because he works during the day, we couldn't check in until 6pm, so we planned accordingly. He was easily accessible via VRBO. Amsterdam is a wonderful city and we had a great time.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed Amsterdam for 5 days in Henricks nice apartment. It ist well equiped and a perfect spot to explore the city centre and many sights within walking distance. Nearby are restaurants and mini markets. Henrick is a perfect host and always available for hints an help. We would definitely book again. THX Henrick !!

Everything you need

The apartment sits on the second floor and is just right for two people. It has a comfortable sofa, complete kitchen, good TV, and comfortable bed. The bathroom is small but it has a great washing machine and a large drying rack. It doesn’t sit on a canal but is in a great location, easy walk to just about anything and close to the tram. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because there is a smoker who lives in the apartment below. This may not bother you, but you need to be aware. Henrick is very gracious and greeted us upon arrival. He was quick with communication. Which I appreciated.

Besides being an entrepreneur and a tech geek, I like to go sailing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. I furthermore have a profound love for music and sports and I like to be with friends an family.

As a tenant I believe that being a guest anywhere is a privilege and therefore I am always grateful to the host. I would be above all respectful to the host and try to have a minimal impact on the offered accommodation. I also expect my guests to do the same, treat the house of someone else with respect like you would with your own.
