This is a 2BR, 2.5 BA 1200 sq/ft furnished condo. Ledroit park, Shaw neighborhood. Lovely quiet neighborhood and fenced and secure building. Neighborhood is great with beautiful homes and trees lined streets. Lots of corner stores for quick shopping. Newly renovated and furnished with all updated appliances. Large living area for entertainment or additional guest. Comfortable rooms with all basic travelling amenities. Close to convention center, Verizon center, Union station, Capitol, U street and 14th street shopping, restaurants and Bars. Bus stop next door and metro stops are just few block away. Off Street parking is gated with auto gate opener. Also comes with parking pass for street parking. PARKING request has to made at time of booking. There is no extra charge for parking. Off street parking is ONLY available upon request at time of booking so it can be reserved for you.

Spacious apartment; Great neighborhood

We just finished up a great stay at this location. Terri and Peter were accommodating and responsive, and the apartment was very spacious, comfortable and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with tons of great dining options close by. The apartment's location made it an inexpensive Uber ride to most attractions, and the metro was about a 7 minute walk (with kids in tow) so very convenient to get around the city. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and it was nice to relax there in the evenings after a full day of sightseeing. We recommend you ask for the street permit if you have anything larger than a full sized sedan because getting out of their back lot is a tight fit. We would definitely stay there again.

Great rental for family spring break in DC

Very large and open condo with new kitchen. The condo was a short Uber or taxi ride to the Mall and museums of DC. Great location for seeing the city. The area is a bedroom section of the city and there are not many areas for the kids to play - there is a park down the street, we did not spend time there though.

The owner, Peter, was very accommodating and quickly replied to any needs. Peter provided parking spaces behind the building and our minivan had a easy parking spot. Peter also quickly provided a street pass.

Our family of 5 fit well in the condo (two adults, 12,10, and 8 year old children). Two in each bedroom and one on the hide-a-bed in the living room. One challenge was dinner, there were only four chairs - although the kids enjoyed using the footstool as seat 5. We cooked dinner in the condo most nights and the cooking supplies were adequate. Although adding a colander and a few serving bowls would help.

We enjoyed our stay and hope you will too!
