ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES : Upon booking confirmation, you agree to abide by all rules, and consent to the following:
1. All guests above 18 must provide proof of identification upon booking. This must be completed by 10PM on the day before check-in.
2. If you opt-out insurance, upon observation of damages, I reserve the right to provide proper estimates/requests within 7 days of your vacating.
100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date.
The property was clean and well taken care of. It was very comfortable.
This property is close to the "L", buses, and restaurants. You could do without a car easily, although free parking is available if you do have a car. The apartment is clean and provides everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Check in was easy and communication was a breeze. We enjoyed our time in Chicago and enjoyed the great place that was provided to stay in. Beds were comfortable and everything is there that one would need!

Spotless, comfortable and cozy. Convenient to all Logan Square's hot spots and great restaurants. Aya was very accommodating. Happy that we could bring our pet. Street parking available. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you! 😊�
Would Recommend to a Friend
Very good experience overall. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed. A permit was provided for regulated on-street parking, so we had no problem parking just outside the front door. For those relying on mass-transit, CTA train station and bus stop are both nearby. We drove from the property to O'Hare Airport in about 20 minutes. What really sets this property apart from others is the outstanding thoughtfulness of its owner/manager. The presence of little things like bath soaps, shampoos, tissues, herbal teas and coffee, etc... combined to create a very welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Beyond that the owner/manager was outstanding with communications before and during our visit - providing quick and thorough responses to any/all questions. In summary, we were very satisfied - and would recommend this property to friends.
