Start your day with the serenity of a peaceful dawn then, relax at the end of the day in front of a beautiful sunset. Located in the tropical, professionally landscaped Sand Key area, this one bedroom 2 bath condo is beautifully furnished and offers all the comforts of home.

It sleeps 4 comfortably with a king-size bed in the master bedroom that is eqipped with a brand new LuxeAdapt soft Tempure-Pedic mattress. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bath has a marble garden tub and a stand alone custom sized shower. This unit is fully equipped with 2 cable TV's, (65" Smart TV in the living room and 58" Smart TV in the bedroom), a DVD player, DVD/VHS combo and stereo. Large balcony is accessible from the master and the living room.

This condo is located in the Crescent Beach Club which is equipped with two large pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs (four), two fully equipped modern gyms, two billiards rooms, two tennis courts, two BBQ areas, beautiful landscaping throughout the complex, and 24 hour security. Due to limited public parking, Sand Key Beach is very private.

The resort is close to great restaurants, night-life and shopping. There are many fun activities to enjoy nearby: kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing to name a few. Just a great location! Known for the best sunsets and the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast!

Nice 9th floor Sand Key condo on the beach

Excellent property right on the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Stayed an entire month and recommend highly!

Best ever balcony views!

The views from the balcony - and the sound and the sea air - were perfect! And we could watch the sun rise each morning from the kitchen window or elevator balcony. Each day we took advantage of the direct access to the white sand beach which goes for miles and is very quiet by this building. There was always a convenient covered parking space, and the elevators are the most responsive and quick that I have ever experienced. Also have grocery and luggage carts in the garage. The saltwater pool was always 88F and very clean, and we were usually in it all by ourselves. The apartment was as described and pictured.

Great location

Located in a great area, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo was very clean and was perfect for our vacation. There is a great view of the Gulf and beach. We enjoyed the pool, it was never very busy so there were always chairs available and plenty of room in the pool. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Great Ocean Location

Property was in great condition and it was in a wonderful area with a great view of the Gulf Ocean. We greatly enjoyed our stay and Carol was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.
