Studio in prime location downtown Dana Point. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, harbor, business and public transportation. There is an upper patio with a firepit that overlooks the residence as well as provide breathtaking views of the ocean. Perfect spot to undwind after a long day and take in all of the beauty - that is Dana Point. The space was remodeled and comes equipped with a spacious and fully functional kitchen with granite countertops, along with appliances and cooking utensils. The unit is also fully furnished, with basic kitchenware. There is a 35" flat screen TV available with Roku, which includes direct TV now and HBO (tenant will need their own subscription to Direct TV Now or HBO go to access). Street parking is available.

Amazing Place and Host

The place is just as advertised, If not nicer. The location is amazing, so close to the ocean. The backyard was a great addition. Host was very communicative and helpful!

Great Location.

I really loved the neighborhood and it was close to everything. Parking was on the street but there was parking most of the time on the same block. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. There was major construction across the street Monday through Friday 8-5. I wish this was communicated to me as it was really loud. Internet was a bit spotty ended up linking to my phone. Barebones and average on the cleaning. More like a cottage vibe.

Clean with great location

Stayed here for a month in February. The place was exactly as described, clean and super close to the best parts of Orange County (beach, parks, biking, etc). Place is cozy but totally great for a couple. Just note that parking can be a bit of a challenge during the street sweeping times. The owners were great to deal with and it was a relaxing stay.
