You will love the location of our charming, updated home located conveniently less than 2 miles from Wrightsville Beach. Nestled off Eastwood Road, this home is discreetly located for those who love being in the hub of the action but in a quiet, peaceful location. Come enjoy over 2750 square feet including a large living area and sunroom with plenty of space for large families or groups traveling together! The backyard is over 1/2 an acre for plenty of outside fun!

The living room is large with a sectional couch for family gathering time. The TV is a 4K Smart TV for watching Netflix, Hulu, etc (you will need a Netflix account as there is no cable on this TV).

This immaculate home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms including a bonus room made into a bedroom perfect for kids of all ages!

The large backyard is partially fenced for privacy and is ideal for enjoying Wilmington's beautiful weather or outside games.

The home sleeps 10 (1 King in the master, 2 queen beds in the guest rooms, bunk beds and a futon bed in the bonus room).

There is a large kitchen and separate sunroom if anyone needs space to enjoy a book or quiet afternoon time.

Wrightsville Beach is 2 miles away for enjoyment of the beach. Mayfaire shopping is 1 mile away with shopping, movies and restaurants. You are truly in the hub of the action but nestled on a quiet street.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wilmington! This house is in a great location and the hostess, Ashley, is super responsive! The property is very clean and easily sleeps ten! We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen well stocked with dishes, kitchen tools and gadgets. The house is within 3 miles of the beach and a water park and many other local attractions.

Great house in a great location

This was such a nice house and Ashley was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay

Overall a very good experience. Lots of space. Things that we think the next renter should know: 3 bedrooms are on the main floor, and the big "bonus" (4th) bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a half bath. The bonus 4th bedroom was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house, but not unbearable. Each bedroom and living room had a ceiling fan. Kitchen was adequately stocked - except a fairly major oversight was the lack of a toaster. A rental house should definitely should have a toaster. There were a couple other small quibbles (and everything above is relatively small complaints), but nothing that I would take a star away. Overall, it was a nice property and the location was excellent as it relates to the drive to the beach and other restaurants/activities.
