This upscale property has never been available for rental….until now! Stunning kitchen with gorgeous mahogany cabinetry and high end stainless appliances. Open great room with large L-shaped screened lanai. Lie in your bed with an amazing panoramic view of the beach, and sleep to the sound of the surf. Beautiful designer furniture and custom bed linens await you. Every thing you can imagine in a vacation rental is here…..and more. This property has been designed and equipped for the owner's use, and now it is available to guests.
Paniolo Hale is often referred to the finest location on the island. Situated in a grove of old majestic trees, and lush landscaping, it is oasis on this dry and sunny side of the island. Upon entering Paniolo Hale, you will feel at home, and be enveloped in the beautiful flowers everywhere on the property.
There are two large bedrooms, both facing the ocean. The upper bedroom has its own bath, two queen beds, and an ocean view lanai to enjoy that early morning coffee. The master suite is on the first floor and opens onto the screened lanai. This is the largest floor plan available. It lives and feels like a house. There are no other units above you, and your front door is a private entry. Park right in front without any long walks to carry luggage and groceries. Close by is the BBQ area to prepare meals.
The furnishings are tropical in feel, and comfortable to sit in.
Everything is set for that special vacation in paradise. Life just doesn't get any better than this.

Peaceful Paradise
We loved staying at this property! It is a well-equipped condo in a quiet complex (with nice neighbors) on a lovely beach. There is no AC - but you can open all the walls/windows and get wonderful breezes and ocean sounds (and porch and windows are all screened). Upstairs gets a bit warmer but the upper deck is wonderful for star gazing. We stayed in August, when the surf was calm and were able to swim and snorkel easily - and see monk seals and spinner dolphins. There is a pool on site, but it has a TON of bees. The office has a book share/swap. The defunct Sheraton next door still has a little general store - which was great when we ran out of milk. Scott was super responsive and gave us recommendations and tips about Molokai. We (me, spouse, 11-yr old and 15-yr old) would happily stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Condo on the beach
Paniolo Hale is between Kepuhi Beach and Make Horse Beach. Bike riding, hikes and swimming are at your doorstep.

Well-equipped and great location
We spent Christmas week in this beautiful condo. It exceeded our expectations. Both bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had EVERYTHING including well-sharpened good knives. There are 5 beaches within a 10 minute walk, great sunset views and a comfortable couch. Our only quibble is that there was construction going on everyday on the outside of the condo next to us but that is a non-controllable thing. Highly recommend and we hope to come back.

The best location on Molokai
This is an extremely comfortable property that gave my husband and myself, and our two young adult sons plenty of room. The wrap-around deck can be accessed on the first floor through multiple doors that open wide. The view from the deck upstairs is really wonderful. (The view downstairs is lovely too). The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, cloth napkins, etc. We are family that loves to cook, and cooking was easy and fun. The unit felt like a real family used it---not like a sterile rental. N.B. It has a beach house feel, not a high-end luxury condo feel, which was perfect. The west end of the island, like much of Molokai, has suffered from the recession, drought, and then the pandemic, and there were properties that we passed on our drives and hikes that had been abandoned or at least very much neglected. Paniolo Hale in contrast looked maintained. We loved our stay--the beaches, the hikes, the water activities, and especially the people we met. I hope we can return. If we do, we will definitely stay at Paniolo Hale again!
