Bearadise is a cozy, yet modern, "pet friendly" chalet nestled among the trees with gorgeous mountain views. Nicely appointed with a whimsical bear theme, this chalet features a floor to ceiling stack-stone fireplace with wood burning insert, a 47" flat screen TV in the living room, high-speed WIFI throughout the chalet for all your internet needs or for “streaming,” washer and dryer, two king beds (one up and one on the main floor) & a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft; two full baths, a game room upstairs equipped with a foosball table, and X-Box 360 connected to a 32" flat screen for the kids. The kitchen is updated with solid surface counter tops, is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a CD player/radio. The large wrap-around deck has a gas grill and lots of seating for taking in the views. A wood burning fire pit built into the stack-stone wall on the deck is great for the cool nights or just for making s’mores. Short walk to the pool around the corner or drive to one of the other 2 pools.

Not too far from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils/appliances, towels, and extra blankets. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space inside for my family of 4. My kids loved the hot tub! We used the grill a couple of times. It was easy to use and worked well. You can tell the home is older, but it looked great and everything worked. Our favorite part was seeing 3 bears come right up to the cabin on our first day there. We also saw raccoons and deer! Would 100% stay there again!
We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The bears are out foraging for acorns and other nuts now trying to put on weight for their winter sleep.
Hope you stay with us again in the future.
Nice stay in the Smokies
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Bearadise. The place was very clean and well-appointed. The owner was available and helpful if needed before our trip down and during our stay. Hot tub is cleaned after every stay and so was clean and hot. Great deck for grilling, dining and just looking at the scenery. Great place for one or two couples.
We're really glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll come back in the future.
Wonderful place to stay!
The property was exactly as advertised, Dave was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you return.
Very much disappointing
The owner seems very unprofessional. He never responded whenever we raised some concerns.
Both bedrooms were covered with dust. Ceiling fans, bed frame, table lamps-they were all covered with dust & spider webs. We could hardly sleep as it was causing breathing problems. The shower curtain and the shower hose were full of molds that were so disgusting! Every morning we woke up with headache because of lack of sleep and it almost ruined our vacation. Although we enjoyed the Bearadise theme of the cabin, but people still have to sleep to enjoy their long cherished vacation time. Looks like cleanliness was completely ignored for the two bedrooms. The living room was in better condition, but we have found lot of dust on top of the fireplace. To make things worse, the microwave stopped working in the morning we checked out.
I'm so sorry you did not enjoy your stay, but had a feeling prior to your stay that it would be so.
After the many conversations and texts prior to arrival, including questions on "where is the address" and "what is a door code"? you let me know you hadn't read any of the information on the house prior to leaving for it.
And our discussions about dropping food into the hot tub.
I did respond quickly, even the 3:30am call the morning of your departure.
As for this review, it's interesting that those from just before and just after don't mention the items that you do.
We will take all the items you mention under advisement and make the suggested changes as need be.
The deck was my favorite part with the view and the hot tub! The mornings with a cup of coffee couldn’t have been better. Dave was great and helped us out a couple of times and we were very grateful he was close by.
Fabulous Mountain retreat!
Our visit to the Smokey's was incredible! The cabin was rustic and had all the amenities you'd ever need. The view from the wrap around deck was amazing. We were able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub every single day and was able to have a couples fires in the outdoor fireplace (located on the deck). Very spacious and the Bear theme was perfect. A great vacation rental! Thank you!!
We're so happy you enjoyed your stay.
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited park in the national system. Look out onto MT. LeConte from the wrap-around deck or while sitting at the kitchen table with your morning beverage.
