A localização do imóvel é ótima. O imóvel atendeu as expectativas. O senhor que nos recebeu também foi muito simpático e explicou tudo que fosse necessário. Nota 10 para ele. Com exceção de um dos quartos que não estava em condições de acomodação, o imóvel atendeu às expectativas. Gostaria também de fazer um pedido ao locador para que houvesse maior flexibilidade quanto a alguns pedidos do locatário que não fossem algo extravagante. Achei uma postura muito rígida por parte do mesmo no que tange ao contrato. Sua reflexão seria de suma importância para reavaliarmos a experiência. No mais, o imóvel atendeu às expectativas.

A casa não oferece o mínimo de conforto e a descrição do imobiliário e do imóvel não estavam de acordo, o imóvel esta no site que tem 5 quartos, tem realmente, porem um quarto fica no sobrado da casa sem condições nenhuma de dormir, pois tem um cheiro de mofo insuportável e tem apenas uma cama de solteiro com uma espuma apenas. os outros 4 quartos são equipados com cama, armários e ventiladores em péssima condições, 2 camas com estrados quebrados; dois hospedes tiveram que dormir no chão. todas as camas apenas com espumas muito finas e finalizando a cozinha sem cafeteira, garrafas térmicas e sem liquidificador. As panelas e pratos muito velhos. A única coisa que realmente valeu foi a Praia lindinha e para quem busca sossego e silencio é o ideal.

O condomínio é fantástico! A praia maravilhosa! A casa é confortável e bem próxima da praia. Tem uma cachoeira no quintal, uma delícia! Uma única reclamação, a casa tem 5 ventiladores, porém 3 deles, não valem por 1. Fez muito calor! Dica: colocar 1 microondas e 1 cafeteira.

PASSAMOS 5 DIAS MARAVILHOSOS, O MEU QUESTIONAMENTO PARA O CONDOMÍNIO, QUE O BONDE QUE LEVA ATÉ A PRAIA ESTAVA QUEBRADO E NÃO PODEMOS CURTIR A PRAIA , POIS A DECIDA É MUITO CANSATIVA E O MEU GRUPO ESTAVAM COM 4 IDOSOS. CASA MARAVILHOSA , VOU VOLTAR TRANQUILAMENTE MINHA NOTA É 8 , OBS: DEVERIA TER INTERNET NO LOCAL , POIS ISSO DIFICULTOU MUITO NOSSA VIDA EM NOS COMUNICAR E HOJE EM DIA A VIDA É INTERNET
