Kona Makai 3-203 is a beautifully appointed 2nd floor condo with a partial ocean view. This condo is fully equipped with everything you may need for your Vacation! Your own private Wifi network available for use as well! Air Conditioning is in the bedroom & living room for your comfort! Cal-King sized bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has been remodeled, complete with a wonderful walk in shower!
Building 3 is especially great because of the positioning of the 2nd private lanai. It's much cooler than any other building in the complex!

The Kona Makai is a beautiful, sunny, highly sought after Ocean Front Complex located on famous Alii Drive just 1.3 miles from Kailua Village. The Kona Makai features include lush tropical gardens, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, 2 work out rooms, eating area w/ gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, covered parking, free wireless internet, cable TV and is gated during the night for security.

Many short visits and Hawaii is still the best.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Information to be included with reservation and not by text!!! Posted within complex: " Information regarding departure guest clean-up." Now we are expected to do almost all cleaning. Wipe down glass tables etc. fridge stove etc. Remove all garbage and bottles. No definition for what is "Too Much " for housekeeper. Insulting to consumers who pay inflated cleaning fees. AS A CONSUMER- I expect furniture to be sanitized, free of debris, stains on cloth furniture and cushion covers, rugs cleaned of stains, shower curtain washed and no food behind stove, dryer vent cleaned and wall stains from insects removed. Kona Makai 2nd time around

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely remodeled unit.Very nice remodeled unt.From the living room, bathroom and the bedroom, top notch. We thought it was quite spacious.. Have only one suggestion. We believe a table lamp on the east end of the couch would be a plus. We brought the lamp from the veranda in. Worked well for tv time. That is it. Thanks.

Great Quiet Spot

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend 6 days on the Big Island. We loved being close to downtown and all the restaurants and in a spot that had its own coastline access, pool, and hot tub. The place was super clean and the kitchen tools and beach gear was excellent. We also appreciated having plenty of parking and a gate at night for added security. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place in Kona!

Book it!

I was impressed with everything about this place. It is kept immaculate inside and out. The pool is warmer than most and the hot tub hits the spot. The grill and chill area right on the rocky beach is pretty epic. When I booked this place my only qualm was the carpet in the photos but that’s since been removed. Book it! Mahalo!

Paradise Disrupted

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was quite satisfactory until I woke to concrete demolition on an adjacent deck which later in the week was on our deck. The racket broke to peace and quiet of sitting on our lanai. We had no warning and no offer of adjustments. Otherwise quite nice.
