Sea Village Resort reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.
Located on the 2nd floor, newly remodeled Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the Living Room in 2023.
This fully remodeled unit is a guest favorite, and the views are absolutely breath taking.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf.
Hot tub, communal BBQ and Tennis court available for guest use.

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

Awesome place and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great condo with amazing views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay in this unit. The amazing view from the balcony was a big highlight. The unit was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet when we first arrived, but the property manager was very quick to send someone to fix it (even though it was a holiday). We found the unit very spacious and comfortable.The only downside was that there were quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen. We had family staying in a couple of other units in the complex who didn't have this issue. These property manager was actively dealing with the issue so hopefully it won't be a problem for long.
