Exceeded even MY dreams!

Matt's place is just perfect. I'm already planning to return next year! Location is a stone's throw from everywhere yet on a quieter grid of streets than the main action It's a shady oasis with pristine pool and professionally maintained grounds. we loved the covered porchES (Yes, a front and a rear) where we could sit, even in rainstorms, to dine or cocktail or visit or read. The home is perfectly clean and tidy and comfortable - i rented for myself but had my grown sons as well as a string of friends come to visit and the place swells to entertain whomever you invite! Matt is easy to reach. Fun to work with. Interesting to get to know. A very accommodating yet chill landlord whom I give 5*

Old Town Gem

We loved our stay at this rental! It was spacious and bright with a private entrance and included a bonus with a heated plunge pool for a dip after a day of shopping or at the beach. Great, quiet location in Old Town with close proximity to the Historic Seaport and Duval Street. Matt was very personable and responsive to all of our needs! We’ll definitely return!

Key west stay

Nice fenced in yard with large pool. The only drawback is the parking which is on the street parallel parking, and some of that is only for yearly residents things to note, the laundry is shared, and it is outside of the unit very nice walkable community dog friendly everybody is friendly

Amazing!!!

My stay on this property was by far the most relaxing time I have had in Key West and I have been visiting the island for 40+ years. The property is beautiful, especially the main pool area. I spent almost every afternoon in the pool. The property is very well maintained. The location is perfect, near the seaport and the neighborhood is quiet. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Haney, the owner, and he is so welcoming and down to earth. I will be back next summer for sure.

I purchased this property in February of 2015. I have been vacationing in Key West for 17 years, and, like you, have searched for monthly rentals for hours on end. I will be happy to talk with you via phone, text, or email and answer any questions/concerns you might have.

Why they chose this property

Technically a condo, but really the first floor of a historic house. Super nice and in a great area, not too close to the noise of Duval or Front street, but only a few minutes walk from both. Also, in our experiences, you may have friends/family that would like to visit for a long weekend during your stay. The living room includes a queen size sleeper couch. And, there is a quaint, reasonably priced guest house just across the street, Heron House Court.
