Many of our guests are relocating to Silver City and others are visiting for local events such as the Tour of the Gila bike race, the Silver City Blues Festival or hiking or hunting in the Gila Forest/Wilderness. We are conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, museums, art galleries and more.
Our recently remodeled rooms are very comfortable and well stocked. In addition there is a large outdoor common area with a patio and outdoor fireplace, barbecue grill, workshop and sufficient space for secure RV or large - vehicle parking.

Perfection!

This was my first time with VRBO, and I was very pleased with every aspect of this booking. The host stocked and prepared the property, anticipating the traveler’s needs. The location was quiet and walkable to the main shopping area. I will recommend this host to others and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, Walkable to town / restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable and clean with all we needed. There is a nice enclosed yard and covered outside area for eating and relaxing with a TV. There is a wooded creek running behind the property. It is a short walk to several restaurants and the Old Town Main St. Amy communicated well with us before arrival and we met during our stay as she worked at the other house on the property. She suggested several nice areas for hiking / mountain biking and restaurant and nearby destination suggestions that we enjoyed. She also had info in the house on local attractions, restaurants, etc. We would definitely come back and would like to stay longer and see more of Amy's suggested destinations..

Great House, Great Host!

This house is a gem in Silver City! It's adorable with little surprises throughout. It is very well appointed with anything you could possible need. Amy and her husband were responsive, warm, and helpful. It was an oasis of relaxation while in town to visit family. I would definitely stay here again. 5-Star hosts! Highly recommend. :)
