About this property

Come and enjoy everything that the bustling city of Hvar has to offer. Just minutes away by car from the town center but in privacy you wish to have and share among your friends or family. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are large and have king size beds while the fourth bedroom is smaller and has a bunk bed (twin over full size bed). The house has an outside covered dining area with BBQ, infinity swimming pool and gazebo with amazing sunsets towards the island of Vis. Villa is south facing with unobstructed sea views. The property has a manicured mediterranean garden with a large number of local plants and herbs.

Luxury at its finest!!

Luxurious villa with spectacular pool, views and location. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and space for many more. Hired a chef in one night to cook for us in the outdoor kitchen - wonderful personal Croatian meal. East walk or taxi ride to town. Walk to beach - short walk - quite steep and rocky - but we’ll worth the gorgeous beach and cafes. A little slice of heaven!!

Better than the photos

This property is well appointed and simply beautiful. The pool is impeccable and refreshing. We spent a lot of time outdoors and enjoyed barbecue on the patio. The house is close to town but just far enough away to be quiet. We would love to come back.

A beautiful villa

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The garden and pool in particular were lovely. Both Mario and Boris were very helpful and gave us some great information on the area. A lovely holiday!

Amazing villa with stunning views!

Villa Pelagos was one for the books! Mario's villa is absolutely stunning and they thought of everything when building this place. I stayed with 2 other couples and it was very spacious. The bathrooms are beautiful, especially the one upstairs with the best view. Speaking of views, the views from this villa were spectacular. If you stay here, be sure to stay for the sunsets! The villa is only about a 5-10 min drive from the city centre. We walked it one day but would recommend getting a number for a taxi - Mario has all the recos. Overall, the villa is amazing and I would highly recommend this villa for your stay in HVAR.

The proximity to the town of Hvar and serenity of its micro location was a magnet for me.

What makes this property unique

Besides the views the micro location has a unique sea breeze. Since the the walls are thick and well insulated I never turn the A/C on. Sometimes I never wish to leave the villa and pool until night falls and Hvar town embraces me.
