Located in the newly-built Union Building, which spans the entire block between Victoria’s Chinatown and Victoria’s historic Old Town areas, it is close to the site of the original Johnson Street Bridge (the Blue Bridge) which was designed by Joseph Strauss, who also designed San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.

The Fusion Suite is a large one bedroom apartment, bright and spacious. Unlike many apartments in downtown Victoria, the Fusion Suite has ample storage. The bedroom boasts 2 large closets, with 2 chest of drawers & 2 night stands. The front hallway closet has plenty of room for your jackets & shoes, as well there is a large bench with storage inside.

The Fusion Suite has been tastefully furnished and equipped, so that you can enjoy this self-catering vacation rental in Victoria as your “home away from home” during your visit to British Columbia’s Capital City.

We have furnished your short-term rental apartment with modern appliances, the best of bedding. In addition, your living and dining room furnishings will provide you with comfort in your surroundings.

Wonderful apartment with a prime location near the Harbour, Museum and principal streets in downtown Victoria. Rod and Melissa provide a fantastic service on booking and in tips to have a great time in Victoria. All in the apartment is in excellent conditions and the location is great for walking your way through Victoria.

BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS APARTMENT IN EXCELLENT LOCATION

The apartment is in a excellent location just a few steps from the street leading into the Victoria Harbour and a 10 minute walk from the Bay Centre. Rod and Melissa were great with communication before the trip and met me at the apartment to give a tour, go over guidelines, and answer any questions. They also set up the apartment with essentials and cooking supplies to get me going. Much appreciated! The apartment is quite large with a spacious living area, a balcony with table and chairs for relaxing outside, a comfy bed with lots of closet space in the bedroom, and a bathroom with a nice bathtub/shower. The place would be perfect for couples or small family. There are tons of restaurants and bars within steps from the apartment and also a liquor store attached to the building. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Victoria.

Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation.
We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt.
