Perfect Stay

We stayed a week in this condo with our two small kids and it was perfect. Beautifully furnished, plenty of space, all the fixtures and appliances etc. were brand new, and it had every imaginable tool and piece of equipment you could possibly need.

Wonderful home for a full month! D & D

We spent the full month of March, 2017 in the City View suite. The condo suited us in every way. It was spacious, spotless, equipped with everything we needed and had so many extra touches. We cooked a lot and felt right at home in the kitchen. It had excellent quality cookware, dishes, and all the gadgets you would need for food prep. The light from the floor to ceiling windows made the suite cheery on the most grey, dreary March days. Although there is some city noise associated with the downtown location, it is worth it to be within walking distance of so many great places. The Astoria building is quiet, classy and well maintained and Rod and Melissa were super hosts. Couldn't ask for better! We have stayed at a number of locations in Victoria over the years, and the City View suite with Rod and Melissa as hosts wins first prize.

Downtown Delight!

This sky high Victoria condo is a downtown delight. Floor to ceiling windows make it cheerful and bright and the "mod", tasteful furniture is very comfortable. The place is spotlessly clean and has ample, uncluttered space for belongings. Full and quality kitchen needs are nicely met. The panoramic city view is so entertaining and very pretty. The lit up cathedral at night is particularly enchanting and lovely. Walk to everything in minutes...cafes, galleries, movies, museums, music, parks, restaurants, shops and more! From bookings to greetings to goodbyes, Melissa and Rod are hosts with the most! City Life Suites is definitely a "sweet" way to go. :)

This place was awesome!

We were greeted by Rod and Melissa as if we were old friends, with help unloading, great explanation of how to use everything and where everything was and even some food to start us off!

The views were amazing, great location, quiet, first class building with great workout room and pool table and the condo itself was so clean and perfect! This place has everything you need. When we come back to Victoria we will be staying here!

Thank you so much for making our trip to Victoria so wonderful!!

First class , from initial enquiry to check out this is the group you will want to deal with.

Helpful, accommodating and accessible,quick to respond and adjust to our needs .Downtown harbour location with an easy walk to many sites and restaurants. The condo is spacious, well appointed with great city views from the patio. A return visit for sure.

Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation.
We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt.
