About Margge Adler

We owned a condominium in Aspen since our children were two. We loved the winter activities and the summer weather. However, as the family grew bigger, our condo in Aspen was just too small for us to enjoy together. We found this place in Vail which has exceeded our expectations. Now the whole family plus all the grandkids have a place where we can be together summer or winter. We love the ease of getting around with the free shuttle, we love the space that we have made in our home, and we enjoy all the activities that Vail has to offer.

Margge Adler purchased this townhome in 2013

Why Margge Adler chose Vail

When we had decided to sell our Aspen property and buy in Vail, it was because the skiing is phenomenal, the summer concerts are wonderful, and the Vail Valley has activities for everyone to enjoy. When we found this place, we felt that there was so much potential to make it our own. We added a bedroom above the garage, we gutted the kitchen and proceeded to develop a cozy intimate comfortable place where we could have everyone together. Since buying in East Vail, we have met many people in this area, and they all enjoy the same activities as us.... mountain biking, hiking, exploring the trails, skiing, listening to 1st rate music, and enjoying wonderful restaurants.

If you are active, or just want to sit beside the fireplace, listen to music, or sit in the hot tub, then our place will exceed your expectations.

What makes this townhome unique

There is a lot to appreciate when you are sitting in the hot tub, looking up at the mountains and watching the stars glitter. Enjoyment plus!

Enjoyed our stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a great weekend in Vail at this house. The house was very clean, the hot tub was well taken care of (and with plenty of towels), the kitchen was well equipped, and the downstairs layout was very good for a medium-sized group. We fit 8 adults very comfortably and could sit everyone for dinner. There was plenty of parking and the house was within walking distance (5-10 min walk) of the free bus line. The hot water heater did go out one afternoon, but Margge was very responsive and got a repairman out that evening to fix the problem. We have stayed at many similar properties in Vail and have never had as responsive of a host. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Owner's Response: Thank you for working with us in getting the water heater fixed. After you left we had it completely cleaned and checked out, so I do not believe that will be an issue again for a very long time. You were great correspondents to let us know what was happening so the problem did not persist..... thank you very much for being such responsible guests. Yours, Margge

Beautiful, updated property in East Vail

  • 5 of 5

The property owners were easy to communicate with, courteous, and thoughtful. Great care and thought was taken in the renovation of this lovely property with lots of custom and luxury details added to the property. We were two families with kids and had plenty of space and flexibility in sleeping options. The location is convenient to catch the shuttle (about a 5minute walk), which we used to go into the village for dinner. For skiing, we chose to drive to the Golden Peak center of Vail for a convenient drop off, then park in the main garage. The hot tub and steam showers were real treats after a day on the slopes.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking such good care of our place. I'm also glad that you enjoyed the two steam showers.... they are heaven after skiing. Regarding the bus transportation.... after 3:00 PM parking is free for the rest of the night.... during the day, parking is free for 2 hours.... so we always take the bus in to ski.. and when we go out to dinner we take our car. Either way, I'm so glad that you had a great experience. Margge
