Why Harry Bannon chose West University

This is a second vacation rental for us. We've had such great success with the first one we decided to do it again. It has been a pleasure meeting so many people and helping them enjoy there stay in Reno with a home atmosphere and reasonable pricing.

What makes this house unique

The best part about this home is it is spacious and well laid out. It's private and in a nice neighborhood as well as being in a terrific location. We love to walk, run and bike and there are endless paths and trails close by as well as its access to downtown Reno and UNR.

Great little house, it suited our needs perfectly. Close but not to close to casinos.

We enjoyed our stay at Harry’s House, it was a nice home with everything we needed there. It has a open concept which allowed us to watch the kids as they played in the front room also space in the back for them to run around with the dog. We cooked our own meals saving us from having to cart the whole family somewhere. The kitchen is nice and gas stove is always great 👍? rooms where spacious although the hot water in the shower could have been hotter. Don’t get me wrong it was hot but I like really hot water for a long time, my complains about it too. We had a wedding to attend at circus circus which was a 8 minute drive from the house so if your looking for somewhere close to everything but not to close, this is the place for you. Oh by the way please if you bring your dog, pick up your poop we cleaned our dog and probably a couple others as well. Be a good pet owner.🐶?

Owner's Response: Sorry about the dog mess. My cleaning lady must have overlooked it. I'll take care of the hot water issue and turn it up. One of the house rules stated to fill the dishwasher and run it upon your departure. This was not done. In addition, all though not required the kitchen was left pretty messed up. Other than that Chris and his group were good guests and would have them back.

Nice place, nice location

Fit our needs perfectly. Limited on kitchen pots, pans, bowls but was stated as such in description

Owner's Response: I am befuddled by the statement that there was limited pots, pans and bowls. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple sauce pans, fry pans, large bowls and cooking utensils. Not to mention the appliances like crock pots, blenders etc. It's possible that they were in a cupboard not looked at. The description states the kitchen is fully stocked which it is. There were only 4 guests so there should have been no problem with utensils furnished. It was a nice review just the same and is appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was in a great location for us to attend all of the hot august nights events. The house was much more comfortable than a hotel.
