It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Amtrak station, downtown, shopping, parks, movie theaters, and numerous restaurants. Located in a quiet complex, this apartment provides the perfect getaway to truly experience the SLO life, as a local in style. Equipped with a full kitchen, queen bed, full futon, and full bath, this space has it all! Private entrance, off-street parking, laundry on premises.

We are located in San Luis Obispo, on the beautiful Central Coast of California, half-way between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Walk through ten short blocks of old SLO to reach downtown and the Mission.

This is a two-story unit and sound can travel easily between floors; please be aware of and respectful to your neighbor on the upper floor.

A fold out futon provides space for a third person. Third person charge is $15 per night.

This is a smoke free property, in and out. Guest agrees to $500.00 liquidated damages or smoking anywhere on the property.

No pets, except service animals.
