The coved ceilings and natural wood floors and staircase add to the appealing charm of this home. My home has brand new central a/c (installed 2016), newer furnace and water heater (installed 2011), and septic (2006). It has a suitably sized washer and dryer.

**Please note the following**
The township in which the property resides instituted short term rental rules this year. These include:
- a minimum 7 day rental rule (weekends only not permitted)
- allowable fires only when wind direction not blowing into neighbor property (to the north)
- beach access only on public land

There is shared access to the sandy beach 750 feet at the end of the road. Guests must ONLY use the beach of the conveniently located State Park south of the access and enjoy their time in only those designated park beach areas. Guests may walk the beautiful beaches but are not allowed to remain on private beachfront property. Please respect the privacy of all neighbors as any violation will be recorded and may result in loss of use.

Please note that cable TV is not provided although there is a flat screen with HDMI interface and DVD player (RedBox isn't far away). WiFi is available.
