The LIVING ROOM features wainscoting and original paintings. A couch, love seat, and 4 chairs offer comfortable seating for 9. The armoire contains the 'smart' television with cable TV, Netflix and HBO, along with DVR and DVD players. Swivel recliners in the living room allow for either theatre-type or 'conversation pit' style seating.
The DINING ROOM is decorated with original art and delft ware, and features a gas fireplace with recirculating air and a dining set that can seat 10.
The full KITCHEN includes a side-by-side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, oven, warming drawer, and dishwasher. All silverware, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are provided. Counter-top appliances include an Instant Pot, Ninja Crock Pot, and griddle. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, and pots and pans are included. A TV is also located in the kitchen.
The second floor contains 2 BEDROOMS: The MASTER suite has a romantic 4 poster king sized bed, 2 side tables, 2 dressers, television, and a ceiling fan. There is a massive closet, and two balconies (one on each side of the suite). The master bath features a shower for 2, dual sinks, a refrigerator and coffee pot.
The SECOND BEDROOM is also ensuite, has a queen bed to sleep 2 and a twin trundle bed to sleep 2. It has a balcony overlooking the vineyard, and a cedar SAUNA, along with a dresser, closet, and television. The connected bathroom has a large shower, and single sink.
A queen size INFLATABLE BED is available to accommodate 2 people -- it could be placed in either bedroom, the living room, or dining area.
SHARED AREAS include the laundry room, a covered outdoor patio, BBQ and swing overlooking the vineyard. INTERNET and Wifi is included free of charge. Echo devices are supplied throughout the home. The covered patio includes a dining area that seats 5 along with a wine-barrel 'bar' perfect for happy hour.
The YARD is decorated with crape myrtle trees, succulents, and little surprises, and has been the subject of a local garden club tour.

The NEIGHBORHOOD: This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kind of place where everyone waves when they pass you on the street, and stops to talk and exchange pleasantries. Right up the street is the Live Oak County Park, featuring a fitness route and beautiful Live Oak Trees surrounding picnic tables and walking trails. TAXES: San Diego County requires an 8% Transient Occupancy Tax be collected for stays less than 31 nights. HomeAway does not differentiate on tax collection based on the number of days, and collects for every stay.
