Great Place in Great Neighborhood
This place is great, perfect for a quick trip to Boston in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops. I would definetly stay there again.
Easy & Relaxing
Great place and great location. Close to trains, buses, shopping, and food.
The apartment was everything that was promised. Would recommend if your going to the Boston area and we would stay again if we return.
Nice suite, conveniently located for transit travel.
Sofa bed needs to be upgraded. Cushions were really sagging as a couch and the pullout bed was brutal (Bed in bedroom was great tho) so I felt for person on the pullout. Also, had to call for bedding for the sofa bed and didnt get a pillow for it.
Wish condo owners would leave real basics like salt and pepper, but seems only about half of them do.
Other than those two issues, the condo was great - quiet, convenient and spacious for 3.
Nice. Clean. Close to train.
This apartment was perfect for our stay. Within walking distance to train and Assembly Row.
Great place, well kept and close to the train station. Would definately stay again.
Would stay there again.
Location close to shopping in Assembly Row and short walk to end of Perkins Street to Sullivan Square train station. We were only two stops to the North Station and TD Gardens. Clean and roomy apartment on the second floor of this brownstone had everything we needed for our stay in Boston including our own parking spot. Would stay there again.
91 Perkins Street is a gorgeous renovated historic brick bow front building. The building is a block from Boston line a short 5 min walk to the Sullivan Square T stop, and The Assembly Row development with theaters, restaurants, shopping, Stop and Shop is short walk. Parking at the door. The location is at a 93 N/S on and off ramp for easy access.
