A convenient yet private location in the town of Telluride. The condo is a two level, 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom property in an intimate building with only 5 other condos, overlooking the beaver pond, the San Miguel river and trail and has picture perfect mountain views.

The Views:

Open the sliding door to the deck or peer out the living room or master bedroom windows and view wetlands, ponds with beavers, ducks, geese, mountain views, Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls. Enjoy the views and summer festivals in town park from the deck.

Walk up a flight of stairs to the entry level of our sunny, spacious condo with radiant heated floors will keep you cozy. Keyless entry provides you with security and no key to keep up with.

FREE Wifi Internet is available for Guest use.

Linens (towels, sheets) are also provided for your use.

New carpet throughout, new paint throughout, new seating in the living area, lighting updates, new master bed and other furniture accents, decor updates, new linens, etc!

There is one covered, secure parking space always available for you located in the garage on the ground level of the building for your use. But you won't need it! If you do not have a car, you can walk everywhere or the Galloping Goose town shuttle or the Gondola to Mountain Village and around town are both free of charge.

Please note, smoking inside or out and pets are absolutely not allowed and will not be tolerated and will result in a full forfeiture of the $1000 security deposit.

- Maximum 6 guests - more than 6 will result in mandatory non-refundable departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Bookings are refundable (except holidays and festivals) if cancelled 60 days or more before the rental begins.

- Bookings cancelled 31-59 days receive a 50% refund.

- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay are NON Refundable.

- In addition, Festival and Holiday bookings (Festivals: Bluegrass, Ride, Blues and Blues; Holidays: Christmas, New Year's, July 4th) require NON REFUNDABLE $1500 charge (or post stay refundable deposit) if booking is cancelled at any time as these dates typically book 6-12 months ahead of time.

- Late arrivals, early departures, or no shows do not qualify for refunds. No refunds will be given for storms, closed roads, flight delays or other natural events.

- No early departure refunds

Travelers insurance is available through VRBO/HomeAway.

No early check in or late check out without prior approval. Unapproved early arrival or late departure will result in a charge of $50 per half hour.

Our family fell in love with Telluride and its magic! In the summer of 2015 we purchased our home away from home and have not looked back (except to see the great views!). We hope you love our condo and are excited to share it with you when we are not enjoying it with our family. We hope have a fabulous visit in Telluride. There is so much to do in any season steps from our front door.

Why Owner chose Telluride

Telluride is breathtaking - we love that you can sit on our small deck and listen to the festival music, view the wetlands, beaver pond, bridal falls and mountains as if you have a private picture perfect view but you are still in the heart of the action. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, playgrounds, the Gondola or Ski lift yet come back to your own private view of Telluride.

What makes this condo unique

Great Location! - you are right next to the river trail, the Gondola, Lift 8, main street, town park and more! Views of summer festivals from the balcony. No car - even if you bring one - you walk everywhere. Adventures are to be had!

Also there are postcard views from our deck of the mountains, river and festivals.

What to do in Telluride:

Town park has a lot to do:

- Amphitheater (home to the Bluegrass Festival and Blues & Brews and other festivals)

- Local skating pond (winter) / kid fishing pond (summer)

- Tennis courts

- Outdoor swimming pool

- Skateboarding ramps

- Ice Hockey arena.

The San Miguel River and the River Trail runs the entire length of the Valley Floor:

- bike, hike, run, walk, go tubing or fishing

A few blocks is the Bear Creek trailhead - which offers scenic hiking up to a waterfall.

Bridal veils is a short drive to the parking (or off roading) - or for the adventurous type - you can walk the trail to the parking and hike or bike up.

Snowshoeing or cross country skiing is close as well as the chair lift and gondola.

- Ski Season Opens the day after Thanksgiving and ends the first week in April

And Don't forget the Festivals Telluride is famous for:

Location, location, location!

This newly renovated and very clean condo was perfect for our Christmas ski vacation, it's:

1. Two blocks from the gondola (free and runs til midnight).

2. One block from the post office.

3. Two blocks from the grocery store.

4. Five blocks from the ER clinic (which we visited twice during our stay) and a few blocks away from the pharmacy.

5. Surrounded by lots of fantastic restaurants and shops.

Prior to this trip, we had only stayed in Mountain Village and found ourselves coming into town just about every night for dinner. This time, we were a very short walk to all of our favorite restaurants. The condo is located off a major street, so it had all the conveniences without actually being right on a main street - we didn't notice any traffic noises. The river is just behind it, and my kids loved snow hiking to and along the river. The view off the balcony was incredible (29" of snow fell the week we were there, so just imagine!). The decor is very well appointed and the condo was fully stocked - we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer are full size (a huge plus for a family of 4 with 2 young kids) which is not common in the rentals we have stayed in Mountain Village, so it was a real treat. And, I can't forget the garage, it was extremely nice to be parked in the garage, rather than on the street in the said 29" snowfall! The owner was extremely responsive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely rent this property again!!
