This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wi-fi, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Netflix, coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 chairs.

We stayed in Unit B and it was great for our family of three. The location is great, close to Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, etc. It is also a block from the beach. Being able to park in the garage is also a plus. Doug is a great host, we were glad we got to meet him. He promptly responded to all of our questions and provided detailed information previous to arriving.

Meticulously clean!

Meticulously clean inside and out. It is obvious that the owners care about this property, and the vacationers, making it feel more like a residence rather than just a vacation rental property. Super comfortable beds. Appreciated all the amenities provided, which made it an extra enjoyable stay. We'll be back!

What a fun place!

We had such a great time at Seaview Getaways. It was a quick walk to the beach and provided beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. The condo had lots of space and a beautiful patio area. We will book here again!

Great Stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay in Unit B. The place was beautifully decorated, clean & had all the amenities we needed. Also enjoyed the large patio out front with it’s comfortable patio furniture. Only a short walk to CDM beaches and many great restaurants. We will be back!

An absolutely stunning property with wonderful amenities in a very choice location. It's a 10!

This was undoubtedly the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is beautifully furnished and is the perfect amount of space for staying "at the beach". It's unbelievably close to everything. We walked to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping--really everything we needed for the entire time of our stay. The owners obviously take great pride in this property and it shows. Everything was in meticulous condition and they were instantaneously responsive to any question or issue. And literally anything that you could possibly want or need during a stay is there and provided. We can't wait to go back again and will definitely look forward to the next opportunity to do so!

Charming residence close to everything

We needed somewhere close to family when we visited CDM. Doug and Rachel's place looked inviting and we were not disappointed. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. was a double bonus, and having body boards, beach chairs and food cooler at our disposal was yet another bonus.

We also met Doug whilst we were there, and he was most responsive and attentive to a couple of our needs.

We would recommend their property.
