This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. We stayed in Unit B and it was great for our family of three. The location is great, close to Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, etc. It is also a block from the beach. Being able to park in the garage is also a plus. Doug is a great host, we were glad we got to meet him. He promptly responded to all of our questions and provided detailed information previous to arriving.

Beautiful condo! Very thing we wanted! Owners are great! Location is awesome. Loved everything!

The owner is very kind and attentive. It was important to him that we enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed, plus beach chairs, umbrella and toys. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen is gorgeous and has all you need. Location is great! Patio was perfect and neighborhood was quiet. So much within walking distance. I could live here!! We are very happy with our stay and would do it again!! This was our first experience with VRBO. If all owners are like Doug, we will use this service again. He was responsive and concerned that we enjoy our trip. This was a smooth, easy process. We have had a great experience. We will come here again. We are so impressed with this property and it's owner. He even had sand toys and boogie boards for the kids. I'm very nervous about hotel rooms being clean. This place was clean and well maintained. Even the landscaping was pretty. This condo was the perfect match for the 4 of us. Thank you Doug for the amazing experience !

Would stay again!!

We got to stay in Unit B for a 10 day vacation. We absolutely loved the place and you can't beat the location. Would highly recommend anyone that is looking at staying near the beach to seriously consider this property. Doug was wonderful and reached out to me before I was traveling and sent me information about the area and things we could do.

We will certainly be back!!!!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful property. So nice to relax in an updated, clean home with all amenities provided…having a garage is priceless in this area especially during busy summer months. The front patio is perfect for entertaining and location is excellent for walking to one of the best beaches in SoCal not to mention all the great restaurants and shops in CDM. The owners are very responsive. We will not hesitate to rent this property again.

Close to beach....Nice!!

This rental is exactly as pictured and described. Surrounding area is beautiful. Was very happy with choice. It literally is one block from the beach. Unfortunately my husband and I weren't able to enjoy it fully, due to the weather. Nice restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. You could get by without a car. We used Uber a couple of times even though we had our car. We may have to make another trip back one day and hope we get lucky with the weather next time.

My husband & I stayed in the Corona Del Mar Getaway, Unit B. The property owners were staying a few nights in another unit, so we had the pleasure of meeting them. The most pleasant and accommodating couple! Not that we had to request anything, as the unit was superb! It's entirely remodeled, beautiful decor, SPOTLESS, fully stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen, bathroom, closet space, etc. The outdoor patio was clean and quaint, even though we didn't have a chance to use the BBQ, we did sit outside with some wine and enjoyed the scenery. They really keep this property well-kept and everything was functioning. It's a block from the beach and a block to PCH, where there are so many restaurants to choose from. We flew in from Arizona, so we didn't have a car, and really didn't need one with everything so close. We just Uber'd to places that were out of walking distance. There is also a private garage to park a car in, so you wouldn't have to worry about street parking. This is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at with everything available. There are even beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc in the garage for each renter to use. Doug & Rachel were so very kind and we would definately love to stay at this property again. I don't have one negative to say about it! :)
