This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wi-fi, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Netflix, coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 chairs.

Beautiful, clean and in a gorgeous neighborhood!

This place was as charming and well kept as it appears in the photos. It was so clean and fresh and was the perfect place! Loved the outdoor space as it made the whole place feel bigger. It was well stocked and just so comfortable. We were especially excited that we could walk to Orange Theory Fitness which we are members of. The location is so beautiful and well kept. It was so fun to walk in the evenings and look at all the incredible homes and landscaping. Doug was so easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had wether it was how to work the TV or where the best pizza place was. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful and clean

Every amenity you can think of is at the beach houses. You don't have to think of anything. Everything is thought of for you. Other clients are so friendly, very homey atmosphere. Customer service by owners is efficient, friendly and prompt should you ever need anything. Perfect weather with a perfect place to stay made for a most enjoyable vacation where one does not want to go back to work. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

House was beautifully renovated and well stocked. Great location and incredible outdoor space! This is a shared wall home so at the beach so noise of your neighbors is a factor. Would definitely return!
