A Place Near the Sea

We rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath place for the week. It has a beautiful patio for outdoor living. We enjoyed time on the patio as well as eating all of our meals outside. The inside of the place is nicely decorated with all the conveniences of home. The bed is wonderful, which was filled with lovely down pillows; which were waiting for us when it was time for bed. The place was a short walk to the beach. It was also a short walk to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go in town. My husband and I did a lot of walking, which we enjoying doing. The owner was very friendly and wanted to help in anyway possible. We enjoyed our vacation and we look forward to renting this place again in the future.

Reasonably priced bungalow set amidst $5 million dollar homes straight off a Thomas Kinkade canvas.

Unit sports individual state-of-the-art air con in all rooms keeps everyone happy and prevents kids from turning the house into a walk-in. All fixtures appear new and high-end. Furnishings on the conservative side, but well treated. No shortage of CLEAN bedclothes and towels. Cozy front yard/patio comfortably furnished-great for star gazing, BBQing and people watching-since its right off the sidewalk. (All the yards around there are like that.) Garage parking, and plenty of beach toys. Short walk to pristine beach. Plant you umbrella early on weekends-it gets absolutely nuts. Check out Newport Beach Rec. website for kid's programs.
