About this property

We have been hosting since 2018! We love sharing our downtown residence with travelers coming to explore our vibrant city! Many locals come to catch a concert or celebrate a special occasion, or just to enjoy a staycation!
Built in 1930 as The Red Snapper Sauce Company, later uses included a grocery wholesaler, a candy wholesaler, an antique store, & even a tattoo parlor! This historic building has been renovated as a trendy three bedroom private residence in the heart of Downtown Pensacola.
We are walking distance to (EVERYTHING) restaurants, parks, coffee shops, shopping, breweries, Vinyl Music Hall, Pensacola Bay Center, Wahoos Stadium, Palafox Pier where boat ferries will take you to Ft. Pickens & Pensacola Beach. Something for everyone and 10 minute drive to Pensacola Beach!
Guests will have the entire place to themselves (but we are nearby if needed), with access to full kitchen, washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, & a well appointed lounge with a bar, pool table, couches & smart TV. Free private parking on site also provided.

Awesome Place!

This property is amazing! We stayed for the weekend while attending a wedding and this place was perfect. Location is great for access to downtown and a quick ride over to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

This was the perfect location for a girls weekend in Downtown Pensacola. The location is walking distance from downtown. We were able to park our vehicles for the weekend and walk everywhere. We loved the feel of the place, its perfect spot for friends or family to gather and make memories. We hope to be able to return again.
