Amazing Gulf Front Apartment - step outside and you are on the beach!

Enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Gulf and Beach from the comfort of your vacation rental. Apartment beautifully situated amongst the private grounds, shaded with palms, dotted with hammocks and chaises.

Grab your morning cup of coffee and go for a stroll, watching the dolphins play.

Occupying the whole lower level of the house there are direct views of the ocean and beach from nearly all windows of the apartment.

There are two bedrooms (one king size, one double bed) and two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and living. Washer and Dryer and plenty of closet space.

The apartment is situated in the beautiful quiet and residential part - mid island.

All you need is just 2 min walk - the island's Publix across the Road and the Marina with Bar and Restaurant. For plenty more bars, restaurants and shops take a trolley ride, beach stroll or bike ride to the north of the island.

We will be happy to assist you in recommending local restaurants and activities!

Great indoor space - Awesome outdoor space...your own private beach retreat!

We loved our stay! Our own beach oasis! We needed nothing except swimsuits and cover ups! My favorite vacation ever! Right across the street from Publix was an added bonus too! Everything in the condo was very nice. Super handy having a washer and dryer! it was nice to be out the of mass of Spring Breakers - and so fun to walk the beach to a restaurant! Thanks so much! We'd love to still be there!

Absolutely gorgeous house to stay

we had 8 people in our party and booked the house during the first week of april. The house is very comfortable for 8 people to stay. There is plenty of shade to sit out side. The kitchen was big enough to where 3 people could be in and not run into each other. The appliances were in very good condition. The host has plenty of dishes and cookware. There were also plenty of towels and blankets.

Publix super market is right across the house. Another great convienience was a trolley stop right next to the house.

Claudia and Nick were excellent hosts. They very friendly and extremely helpful. We requested an extra fan, Claudia immediately provided us one. They had plenty of beach toys-paddle board, floaties and kayak for us to use.

Perfect spot, steps to the beach

My family of six adults loved the gulf front apartment. The beautiful beach is only steps from any of the sliding doors. The windows and doors give you a wonderful view of the beach from sunrise to sunset. When we got tired of the sun the tropical backyard has plenty of shade provided by the many palm trees. My daughters and son in laws enjoyed the many water toys available, from the paddle boards, kayak, boogie boards, to rafts. Nick and Claudia were very accommodating and available for anything we needed all while remaining invisible during our stay. I would certainly recommend you checking out this vacation rental.

Perfect beach get away. All as advertised!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a fabulous adventure. Weather could not have been better for February. Claudia was very friendly and responsive to any need and there were no real issues . Off street parking was nice . Very pet friendly and golden retriever had a blast. We would do a return visit without question.

Fantastic beach location. House could use fine-tuning.

We rented the house for most of January. The owners are a lovely young family that lives upstairs but their presence is not intrusive.

If our ratings were based solely on location, it would be A+. The house sits on a soft white sand beach with the Gulf just footsteps away. It faces fabulous sunsets, is situated mid-island and away from the congestion of the northern end of Estero Island (but close enough for easy trips by car or trolley), and is a 1 minute walk to the fully stocked (and then some!) Publix supermarket. Furthermore, the house is privately set back from the road. The location is ideal.

The house is nicely decorated. Kitchen is new and fully equipped. The 2 bedrooms & bathrooms are at opposite ends, affording privacy. Lots of common area lounging areas. However, some things around the house were broken (maybe the owners didn't know?) and the furnishings, walls and floors are somewhat beaten up. In other words, the house and contents could use some attention. Not quite what we expected for the money we paid.

One other important note for people with little kids or pets: This house has 5 sets of sliding glass doors, all facing the beach - but none of the sliders had screens on them when we were there. (Screens would obscure the amazing view?) The temperatures during the day were mostly in the 60's & 70's and we wanted to keep the sliders open to enjoy the air and breezes. The snafu was that we had brought along our dog. Plus, our 2 1/2 yr old grandson visited part of the time. By chance, we had brought along 2 folding metal fences and were able to set up barricades against 4 sliders to keep the dog and toddler safely inside the house while the sliders were open. Without the fences, the sliders would have remained shut. That would have been unfortunate.

We do not want to understate the many fine aspects of this rental, with the emphasis on its wonderful location. But depending upon your expectations for a "gorgeous" beach house, you will either be ecstatic or just a little bit disappointed.

Kindly, please notify us of any items damaged during your stay and we can replace these immediately. We have noted a broken faucet dial on the bathtub, which we are currently replacing. We are currently awaiting a permit to remodel the bathrooms, and replace the sliders, to make your stay even more wonderful. Beautiful Beachfront Property

This beachfront property has a gorgeous view of the gulf along with a private beachfront yard. The outdoor amenities that Nick and Claudia provide are wonderful! The minute you step out the door, your toes are in the sand! We had an outdoor table and chairs that we used for family dinners and lunches. I enjoyed sitting there in the morning with my coffee and watching my grandson play in the sand with the beach toys that were provided in the shed. My family loved having the 4 different chaise lounge chairs to lay in the sun or the hammock to lounge in the shade. My teenage son and adult son-n-law loved having the kayak and paddleboard to use whenever they wanted and our family took turns using the 2 beach bikes to ride up and down the beach! When the beach seemed crowded, we just walked up the steps into the yard to our own private was peaceful and wonderful! The basement apartment was very roomy. There were 6 of us total and we did not feel on top of each other at all! We all had our own private space and enjoyed the communal areas to play games and have family time. Nick and Claudia have the kitchen stocked with dishes, pots and pans and having the dishwasher, washer and dryer was very convenient. Both Nick and Claudia were quick to answer any questions and give good suggestions for things to do and restaurants. The Publix grocery store was very conveniently located across the street. The property is located mid island so it is quieter and we truly enjoyed that! We were able to walk to the marina restaurant located behind Publix and we walked to the pizza place, Junkanoo, which was about a mile down the beach. The apartment itself is very clean and the beds were comfortable. The doors and windows do not have screens so you can't keep them open the entire time so you have to rely on the air conditioning system at night to keep air circulating. The air conditioning does not get very cool inside the apartment so we had a couple of uncomfortable nights and afternoons, but at least it moved air around. Luckily we were there in the winter months so it wasn't too bad. I would not let that stop me from returning again though because what lies just outside your doors is amazing and gorgeous and with the items provided for entertainment, it saves you so much money in rental!
