The house has living room and dining room, 04 rooms being 01 suite, 01 bathroom, 01 toilet and kitchen. It has a bathroom also in the outside area and shower.

We have all kitchen accessories (cookware, platters, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc ...), refrigerator, stove, electric oven, microwave, table for 4 people. It also has an outdoor area (barbecue) refrigerator, vertical freezer and a stove.

In the house there are three sofas in the living room with two armchairs, a games table and a dining table for 8 people. The suite has a double bed. In the other rooms (1. One double bed and one single bed - 2. Two double beds. - 3. One double bed and one single bed).

To optimize local security, the farm is walled, fenced and grassed, with a garage for 8 vehicles.

Excellent space for children because the pool is all fenced in to ensure the best security.

Descanso e diversão

Gostamos muito da casa, grande e arejada, tinha tudo o que precisávamos, a piscina simplesmente maravilhosa. Enquanto estávamos lá não choveu e o sol estava trincando. A piscina salvou!!!! A represa é muito perto. Eu não tenho problemas com animais então a presença dos cachorros da chácara não chegou a me incomodar mas é bom o aviso aos que tem medo. Descansamos e nos divertimos bastante.

Lugar para descontrair e relaxar

Local simples, mas que oferece tudo para que seja possível descansar e curtir a família. Casal de caseiros muito atenciosos e prestativos, sempre prontos a ajudar. Destaque para tv e internet, com muitos canais e velocidade muito boa. A única atenção é com relação ao acesso. Com a chuva, entrar e sair da casa fica complicado. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes!

Ótimo lugar

A casa é excelente, com bons quartos, sendo uma suíte, o chuveiro do banheiro compartilhado é ótimo, sala grande e uma cozinha ótima, muito bem equipada. A piscina é boa, porém precisa de manutenção, pois está deteriorada. No espaço da piscina falta um chuveiro também. A casa tem 3 cachorros e um gato, que seria bom ser incluso no anuncio, pois para famílias que não gostam de animais é desagradável.
