As a host, I enjoy meeting people from different countries, different races and different religions. I enjoy listening to their experiences, their stories, and their opinions. Beside meeting people through hosting, I also enjoy exploring nature through hiking in my spare time.

All Regina's complaints were either covered in the house rules or could be worked out through communicating positively with the host. Hosting Regina was a nervous experience. As soon as she checked in, she started looking at places normal guests would not look, like under the kitchen sink. She found two cleaning cloths there she said that had mold and odor. She insisted I call her and demanded a reimbursement from rent. I used the cloths for cleaning just before she checked in. There were no mold and odor. During her stay, she had relatives and friends come and go constantly. There were certainly more than four people staying in the house including a child although she only booked for four.
Dirt was tracked in, and the floor very dirty when she checked out. I have a trash can outside the house, but it could not hold the enormous trash her group produced (worth the city removal amount for two weeks). She claimed that she did not smoke. But I spent more than 30 minutes to pick up the cigarette butts in the backyard and the curbside of front yard after they were gone. Some cigarette butts had fresh ashes attached. I do have a dryer in the garage. I only allow guests to use if they have a long term stay.
