This upstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and outdoor barbeque and seating for 2 on the small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed. This unit is also complete with privat Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bedroom.

loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach gear such as a wagon to tow the kiddie, sand toys, boogie boards, towels and the such. Would love to stay again.

Another wonderful stay at 301 Marguerite in Corona del Mar!!

On a scale of 1-10, this is a definite 20+!! This property is always immaculate! The beach amenities ( Buckets, chairs and belly boards) were perfect for our beach days !! The washer and dryer in Unit C were very convenient and the laundry detergent was provided. Who else does that?? The individual room air conditioning & heating worked well. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen with all the amenities of our home. The owners are committed to providing their guests with a wonderful vacation experience. If there is a concern, it is promptly resolved. We feel fortunate to have found this property through VRBO. We appreciate the kindness of the owners and the cherished memories our family have received! Dr Stephen Carter

It was a great experience,. all the instructions were perfect, the apartment was really nice. But we are picky so we fine details in everything, but Doug was always there with everything that we need. The location is really nice, the parking space is good (a bit tight for large vehicles). is near the beach. We rerally enjoyed our time, and its is very possible that we will come back again.

Have stayed here before and loved it so much I had to come back. Location is perfect, place is very clean, up to date and very cute decor. Beds and linen are super cozy and very comfortable! Doug is amazing to work with, very nice and fast response. Definitely will be coming back!!! Best condo in CDM

Perfect property

This was my 3rd stay at Seaview Getaway. The properties are immaculate with an incredible location just a block from the ocean. Unit A has an ocean view from the spacious patio. Doug and Rachel are responsive, caring owners. This will always be my first choice for accommodations when in Southern California.
