Centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, & Grand Canyon.

This condo sleeps 8. It has 2 master bedrooms each with private bathrooms. One of the master bedroom bathrooms opens to the kitchen so it can be used by guests. There is also a solarium bedroom attached to one of the master bedrooms with a queen bed and panoramic view. The living area has a TV and gas fireplace. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room in front of the gas fireplace.

**** 2 sets of Shakespeare fishing poles and a fully stocked tackle box (with bait) is included during spring, summer & fall. Enjoy the new Brian Head lake/pond stocked with fish ****

Inside heated parking with 43 first come / first serve parking stalls and plenty of outdoor parking for trailers, campers and large trucks.

Kitchen has a 4 burner stove, microwave & dishwasher and is fully stocked.

The dinning room table seats 6 (+2 with folding chairs).

A baby crib/playpen (Pack 'N Play) with reversible napper/changer and matching sheet is provided in Master Bedroom #1 closet for guest use.

Entry porch with storage for skis, snowboards, bikes & ski/snowboard gear.

Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV, guest business center with computer and printer, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area. The FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season stops at Copper Chase and serves both ski basins as well as most lodging and restaurants.

The Copper Chase Condominium Project is not easily accessed by wheelchair, however this condo is on the 2nd floor and has direct stairway access to the attached garage.

Cozy and comfortable

This condo served our family well, about a quarter mile from Brian Head ski resort (a shuttle picks up right outside the garage), well stocked kitchen and cozy, comfortable space for eating and lounging. Slept eight, the couch bed is. . a couch bed. . better for small people, but the other three beds were super comfy, and the enclosed balcony was a treat--sunroom during the day, and amazing views of the mountain and ski lifts (be sure to get instructions from Jill in case the heater shorts out--easily fixed, but good to have on hand in the middle of the night).

Facilities (pool and gym) are dated but adequate, and again, wonderful views from the pool.

Jill was very accommodating--we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thanks Jill!

Great place,...Great landlord!

Place was exactly as advertised. Close to ski runs. Great underground parking. Clean and comfortable condo well stocked. Comfortable beds and good heating. SUPER RESPONSIVE LANDLORD!!! And they didn't pay me to say that. I requested help on a small issue at 11:00 at night, and they got back to me immediately with a very nice attitude. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Vista II very much. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Overall everything was clean and in working condition. The kitchen was equipped well and there was enough seating for all of us to eat together at the table. There was plenty of room in the bedroom for our three kids (they shared the room with the sun-room attached). Our only complaints are: 1. There wasn't enough seating in the living room for the 5 of us to sit and watch a movie. 2. The upstairs neighbors were very loud when we were trying to sleep (it helped to keep the bathroom fan running). 3. The furnishings (rugs and couch) were worn and a bit dingy. I would recommend this place for a small family and would stay here again with mine. Hopefully there will be some upgrades to the furniture in the near future...that would make a big difference!

good location, nice property

The bed in the former hot tub area is great. You can wake up to a spectacular view. The place is just what we needed. 3 beds and 2 baths. Kitchen with everything in it. The dinning table in the photo has been replaced with a high top table that seats 8. Easy to get to - with great directions from Jill. Jill was also right at our fingertips when we needed her! A plus is the garage where you park!

Skiing with our family for spring break

This was a perfect place for us to stay! It has a great location. The condo is very comfortable and has everything one needs to feel at home! We all loved the sun room with the bed (it was perfect for relaxing and watching a movie after a full day of skiing! The pool and hot tub were fun and the Foosball table was a hit with the kids! We had a great trip to Brian Head!!
