The Waikiki Landmark's luxurious condominiums are perfectly located within a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. The suite is located on the 10th floor of the Makai Tower, with a view of city of Waikiki, looking towards the ocean. The quiet concrete Waikiki Landmark building is close to the Ilikai / Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Sam's Club and Walmart. Amazing value and ideal for 30 day and longer vacation rentals (note that the building has a minimum 29 night rental requirement).

Great complex, amazing location

We enjoyed our stay at the Landmark, you really cannot beat the location. Sandra was extremely communicative and helpful leading up to our time on Oahu and the property manager, Danny, was very attentive at the start of our stay and helped solve a few minor issues very quickly. Sandra’s unit was a very good fit for our family and we will definitely stay again if we have the chance!

Awesome Stay!!

Great location, very comfortable, amazing amenities, extremely well equipped! Sandra and Danny were great to work with! A little tip - If you have a car and are a passenger that gets carsick, you probably want to be dropped off at the lobby because you go round and round and round in the parking lot. :) Thanks Sandra! Everything was wonderful!!

どこに行くにも便利！Convenient to go anywhere

アラモアナ方面にもワイキキにも歩いて5-7分で行けます。とても便利な立地です。ロビーに日本人のコンシェルジュが常駐していますので、日本人にとてもおすすめします！セキュリティもきちんとしていて、子供女性グループでしたが、安心して過ごせました。ビーチまでは若干遠いですが、プールがとにかくすごいです！私はおそらくワイキキで一番充実しているプールだと思います。お部屋は、明るい雰囲気です。とてもキレイで快適にすごせました。オーナーも、管理人さんも対応早く、とても親切でした。またハワイにいく時は利用したいです。 You can walk to Ala Moana and Waikiki in 5-7 minutes. It is a very convenient location. A Japanese concierge is resident in the lobby, so I highly recommend it to Japanese people! The security was good and it was a group of children and women, but I was able to spend it with peace of mind. It's a little far from the beach, but the pool is just amazing! I think it's probably the most fulfilling pool in Waikiki. The room has a bright atmosphere. It was very beautiful and comfortable. Both the owner and the manager responded quickly and were very kind. I also want to use it when I go to Hawaii🌺 Thank you 😉

Great long term stay

Easy walking distance around Waikiki, nice comforts unit fully equipped with cooking implements. Great pool! Easy to work with Sandra and Danny for any issues. Very accommodating!

Good location, walkable to all Waikiki shops

We stayed here for 2 months while having work done at our house. Location is walkable to Waikiki beaches and shops. However, Kalakaua street is loud and even with the windows closed and air conditioning on, you can hear the ambulances and visitors to 7/11 corner. Condo comes with two parking spots, but they are on 9th floor and each floor has two "levels", so you go around 18 times to get into the space. Not ideal, if you need to get in/out quickly. We love Honolulu, so it was a good place for us to stay. Thank you Sandra for your hospitality.

My family has been visiting Hawaii for over 30 years. We love it so much that we decided to purchase a home-away-from-home in 2018, and hope to spend a lot of time there once we retire in a few years.

Why they chose this property

The Landmark is one of the best condominiums in Waikiki. The pool deck is spectacular and the building location is great - within a short walk to the beach near the Ilikai and Hilton Hawaiian Village, and within walking distance to grocery stores, a huge variety of restaurants, shops, banks and more. The Landmark building is also far enough away from the tourist crowds to make for a truly relaxing vacation. We stayed at the Landmark multiple times and loved it so much we purchased a unit in the building.

What makes this property unique

The Landmark has one of the best pools and sun lounge decks in Waikiki. The outdoor pool deck also has a large area for barbequing, tables and chairs for dining, and seating for watching sports games on a big tv. If you don't get enough exercise swimming at the pool, there is a great gym onsite as well.
