About this property

The guest house is on a lake front property with views and access to a small private beach. It has beautiful views of Angle Pond from the kitchen, living room, and the 3 season covered porch. The guest house is set 100 ft from the shore.

There is a wooded private 900 ft long hiking trail, and a private back yard where you can hear the Pileated Woodpecker and see other colorful New England birds. It is an ideal safe place to enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, relax reading a book, eat at nearby restaurants, or explore New Hampshire beaches/mountains. The house is 30 mins away from Boston Regional airport in Manchester NH, and an hour away from Logan airport in Boston MA.

The house has two bedrooms with capacity for 5 guests. There is an open concept kitchen, living and dinning area with high ceilings, a pantry, one full bath, and a three season covered porch. There is parking space for one or two cars.

Guests may use the entire house for a minimum of 2 nights.

Swimming and water sports/activities are at your own risk. Bring your own canoe or kayak, and life jackets. The boat driver must have a boating license.

We require our guests to follow the NH State rules for preventing the spread of Covid-19. We ourselves follow the NH State rules for cleaning/disinfecting, and take precautions for preventing the spread of Covid-19.

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful relaxing guest house, everything was as listed and the host checked in to ensure all was good. The location is beautiful just hard to navigate, the hosts provided very detailed directions which were helpful.

This property has the perfect location - you are in the woods but only 5 minutes from everything you need. Nice ride to the beaches - we are already planning to stay again next year.

Great hotel alternative

Communication with the owners was great. They were responsive. Upon arrival, there were fresh flowers on the table and the cabin was immaculate. Great notes all around the place and it was well stocked with essentials for cleaning and cooking. We were there to visit our mother in a nursing home and for family so we did not take advantage of the pond!. We recommend this property.
