Why Karen Hagan chose Morrilton
This property was purchased by my parents in 1987. My father was born on this mountain in 1927 and, in fact, 6 generations of my family (dating back to the 1800s) have either lived here or have enjoyed its beauty. As a child, we celebrated many family reunions and family vacations here. Now my children and grandchildren love to visit every chance they can. Please enjoy my Family Wall with pictures of 6 generations beginning with my great grandmother, Mary Bird Gasaway.

As pretty as the picture
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home for a few days during Spring Break. The river view below and the birds playing in the wind above are peaceful--Which is exactly what we needed. The house is furnished with everything you need in the kitchen; a positively grand dining table for food and board games; and comfy beds that welcome you after a big day on the mountain trails. The home is easy to find (if you happen to be driving in the dark--with torrential spring rains!), and it's a quick trip to the state park or into Morrilton for dinner out and grocery shopping.
Great location and beautiful view!
So thankful for Karen and her hospitality. The place was perfect for the weekend with no problems. Loved the view and our time there!
Great place to enjoy the fall colors and mountain air!
Even though it was unseasonably foggy this weekend, we enjoyed our stay at Belleview very much. So close to Petit Jean State Park that we could explore and still go back to the house now and then during the day. Nicely appointed house, very comfortable for a group of 6 or 8. We had a great time. The owner was responsive and friendly.
Loved the property!
This property was wonderful. It was very clean and updated, and had more than ample room for our family. The house was amazing and the view from the deck was spectacular!! Just wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this property.
Thank you so much for your kind review!
The house was plenty spacious enough for my extended family. It had an amazing view but was starting to become overgrown with trees that will eventually obstruct the view. We were pleased it was in close proximity to Petit Jean State Park. The main two complaints I would have is there was no wifi and there wasn't a powder room on the first floor. If someone wanted to use the restroom they would have to go into one of the two bedrooms suites on that floor.
Beautiful state park, camping, hiking, boating, fishing, playground areas, public pool, picnic areas, Museum of Automobiles, Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, Petting Zoo, honey farm, 6000' airport access, daily activities thru ranger program. Be sure and visit the Visitor Center for brochures on all the things to see and daily schedules.
