The Brick Bungalow Lodi is a bright and cheerful 1400 square foot vintage downtown Lodi home. Built in 1949, this home still offers many of it's original features, including a classic 1940s bathroom and original hardwood floors. Nestled on a large 7,700 lot, this home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The Brick Bungalow Lodi is conveniently located less than one mile from the fabulous restaurants, wine bars, and shopping in the downtown Lodi area.

This family-friendly home offers 2 queen sized beds and one twin trundle bed set. It is equipped with all of the amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. These amenities include wifi, cable TV with DVR, telephone, washer and dryer, BBQ, outdoor dining area, fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and blender. It also includes a full two-car garage for use during your stay, as well as ample driveway parking for guests.

About Kelli Cantrell

We purchased this home in 2007 and lived in it and loved it for 5 years. Although we do adore this home, we needed to move on to a home that was able to accommodate our growing family. This home means so much to us and we are thrilled to be able to share it with those that are visiting our beloved town of Lodi.

Why Kelli Cantrell chose Central Valley California

We were immediately attracted to The Brick Bungalow when we first laid eyes on it. We loved the brick exterior, inviting front porch, and large backyard. We envisioned our children running around this yard one day. This home became a labor of love, as we did the vast majority of the improvements ourselves. From the painting, to replacement of tile floors, doors, and all of the planter boxes outside. We spent our early married years turning this house into our home.

  • The full bathroom offers a separate tub and shower and a large mirror for guests to enjoy. The half bath has a toilet and sink and is right inside the door leading in from the backyard for easy accessibility.

  • The master bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, closet and cedar closet available for storage. It also has a printer/copier/fax machine that guests are welcome to use. Bedroom #2 also has a queen size bed, dresser and closet for guests' convenience. Bedroom #3 has a twin trundle bed set and sleeps two. There is a closet full of toys that are there for our young guests to enjoy.

As this home is often unoccupied, we have installed the cameras to protect the property and its contents while it is uninhabited. For your privacy, there are no backyard or interior cameras.

Spacious House, Good Location, Nice Yard

This was a great house for our wine tasting adventures in Lodi. You can easily walk to downtown. Easy access to restaurants and tasting rooms. The back yard has nice grass and fenced so it was perfect for our dogs. They even have a small dog door. The house was very clean and the neighbors are very quiet. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Charming brick bungalow in the heart of Lodi!

We loved everything about this house, from the charming decor, the clear check in and check out instructions, the private backyard, and the amenities. We visited family in the area, and will certainly stay here again if it's available. Are only regret is that we could not stay longer.
