About Kelli Cantrell
We purchased this home in 2007 and lived in it and loved it for 5 years. Although we do adore this home, we needed to move on to a home that was able to accommodate our growing family. This home means so much to us and we are thrilled to be able to share it with those that are visiting our beloved town of Lodi.
Kelli Cantrell purchased this House in 2007
Why Kelli Cantrell chose Lodi
We were immediately attracted to The Brick Bungalow when we first laid eyes on it. We loved the brick exterior, inviting front porch, and large backyard. We envisioned our children running around this yard one day. This home became a labor of love, as we did the vast majority of the improvements ourselves. From the painting, to replacement of tile floors, doors, and all of the planter boxes outside. We spent our early married years turning this house into our home.

Great property - convenient location
We have stayed here several times and keep coming back because it is so good!
The property is very well maintained and has everything you will need - down to shampoo and coffee!
The location is a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Lodi for restaurants, beer tasting and wine tasting. It is also a very short drive to some excellent wine tasting.
The owners are very helpful and communicative.
as Arnie says - I'll be back!
This is the second time we have stayed at the brick bungalow and as usual everything was perfect. It was clean, well appointed and quiet despite the busy street, once in awhile you will hear a train whistle but far enough away to be romantic. The back yard could use a little work to make it more inviting and could use a new bbq soon but it didn't stop us from handing out there. Overall it is a really great place to stay and super convenient to downtown and all the fantastic wineries. Thank you
Good Energy all around!!!
You can feel the love in this home. This place was very warm and welcoming. Beautiful spacious back yard as well!!!
This truly was like a home away from home. The Brick Bungalow had everything we needed, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, great location, super clean, it even came with enough supplies, very rare to have enough garbage bags. We were there to visit family. It was well over 99 degrees each day but we used the whole house fan in the morning to draw in all the cool air, got it down to 71 degrees, then because of all the shade from the oak trees it really didn't get hot til late afternoon. The water was hot and had decent pressure. It is on a main street and we took the front bedroom but we hardly heard any traffic, it really quiets down at night. So peaceful and relaxing, you can't go wrong with this place, way better than a hotel. Highly recommend
This place is darling and the owners are kind and responsive. We had a last minute reservation to attend a baby shower and Kelli was very accommodating. Thanks!!!
Brick Bungalow is Best
Property is in great shape and very clean. Also a tribute to the era it was built with great wood floors and original interior doors. Lots of room to stretch out for a family, including a wonderful back yard. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels and supplies for bathrooms. House is in great location, close to downtown to enjoy the stores and restaurants. Owner was quick and helpful in responding to questions. Easy entry and checkout.
