Avoca Beachside Bungalow is a peaceful oasis where you can soak up the morning sun rising over beautiful Avoca Beach in this beachfront bungalow and then take an evening stroll to Avoca's old world theatre or dine at one of the local restaurants.

Avoca is a bustling village full of character. Avoca Beachfront Bungalow is situated right on the beautiful Avoca Beach just step out the door and in a few steps your toes are in the sand and water.

Avoca Beachfront Bungalow is beautifully styled. The bungalow is the perfect beachfront bungalow for a couples getaway, a friends getaway or small family holiday.

Avoca Beachfront Bungalow sleeps 6 and consists of 2 queen beds and 1 fold out double futon bed.

Enter the bungalow via the front sliding doors into the open living Dining, Lounge and Kitchen area. Then walk down the hall to the bunk room on the right and the two main bedrooms to the left. At the end of the hall is the bathroom.

Leave the front doors open and enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean.

Enjoy the fantastic summer months at Avoca Beach swimming, paddle boarding or just relaxing on Avoca Beach.

During the winter months you can see the migration of the whales and maybe spot a school of dolphins.

Avoca Beach is just a short drive to beautiful Terrigal where there is a wide selection of
restaurants for dining and boutiques for shopping. Avoca is just a short drive to Erina Fair where you can do your grocery shopping, Hoyts Cinema or visit the Ice-Skating Rink.

The iconic Avoca Beach Theatre just a short stroll from the Avoca Beachfront Bungalow.

Avoca Beachfront Bungalow is in a small complex. It is easy access, ground floor and absolute beachfront. You have access to the whole place.

Outdoor furniture is not to be left outside it is common property so please bring inside at night.

Check in can also be accessed via a Key Lock - instructions will be forwarded once booking is confirmed.

We can organise for you a local massage or beauty visit.

Check In is from 2pm and Check Out 9am. Maybe changed if agreed to in advance however generally not during Holiday or Peak Seasons.

If checking out on a PH there is a loading on cleaning of double time and a half.

Serenity

Second time staying and looking forward to returning again. Property is amazing and so well equipped with all you need, right down to the coffee pods and welcome note. Paradise, home away from home, a must stay!

Our family have enjoyed such an amazing long weekend at ‘Avoca Beachfront’. The owner and host have thought of everything to help guests feel so comfortable, it’s like a home away from home. From the stocked kitchen with appliances and condiments, to the basket of blankets, toiletries, hand soaps, books and games, as well as the fresh fragrance throughout and cleanliness, perfect!! Not to forget the welcome easter eggs! Location cannot be beaten! For our family of surfers watching the morning sunrise from our front door was a highlight, to then walking straight onto the sand from our front doorstop was heaven. It was very hard to leave. We’ve already rebooked for next year! 🏖️ Kim you are a fantastic host!!! Thank you 🙏

Faultless location

My partner and I stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect and it was wonderful to be able to watch the sun rise then run into the crashing waves meters from the door. The building itself is very dated, there were drainage issues in the shower and the main TV was not working. We will possibly return, however, for the amount we paid the check list we were given was extravagant and I did not expect to have to do so much. All in all, the living area and location won me.
