65 inch flat screen TV, wireless cable for internet with network extender for cell phone usage, satellite, blu ray/dvd player, new appliances, washer & dryer, and hardwood floors throughout house. Full kitchen with all amenities that you will need. The house has a private dock for boats, water crafts, swimming as well as a fire pit on the water. Canoe and paddle boat on site for renters to use. You will have the best of both worlds!!

The house is 1 mile from downtown Errol for any of your needs. Balsams Wilderness Resort, skiing, snowboarding & golfing (10 miles) Dixville Notch State Park, Androscoggin River, Lake Umbagog, Grafton State Park, Sunday River (30 miles) Bethel, Maine.

Enjoy everything the North Country has to offer from ATV, snowmobiling (trails accessible from property), fishing, golfing, hunting, canoeing, boating, swimming, kayaking, water skiing, snow skiing, ice skating, hiking, beautiful fall foliage, and most of all relaxing!!

Snowmobile trip.

Perfect location for a week snowmobiling, house was perfect our group. Close to town. Food ,gas. Easy trail access. Really hope to stay here in the future. Thanks

Family Snowmobiling

We stayed at this home for a family snowmobiling trip. It was a great home, well equipped, and access to the trails right on the lake. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend this home. The homeowner also provided quick responses to questions.

Snowmobile trip

Great trip with friends and family for a snowmobile weekend. The house was perfect to accommodate us and provided a great view of the lake and easy access to snowmobile trials. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Absolutely lovely place. Steps from the lake with privacy. Inside was very clean and updated. Spacious bedrooms and open living room/dinning room that walks out to a large deck. Minutes away from moose viewing and hiking. Will stay again.

More than we expected!!

The proper description and pictures are accurate, but once you are there and are able to appreciate the feeling of the home and the lake do you get the true experience!! Wonderful! Fun with the paddle boat and the canoe, enjoyed the fire pit and the foliage. Saw eagles and loon on the lake. We were fortunate to have front row seats watching a full moon rise across the lake! Lovely! Robert was extremely attentive, responsive and helpful when I had questions. Thank you!!!!!
